Good service

This was my second new Subaru purchase at Ramsey and I traded on the one I bought last year. I was pleased with the entire staff in making my trade quick and easy.

Excellent, timely service

As usual, my regular maintenance service was without a hitch. They look for problems, give advice, but the decisions are left to me. I appreciate that.

Helpful staff

Lengthy process as there was only one finance manager. However, staff was very friendly and helpful during the process. This will be the second Mazda we have leased and we have never had any trouble

Paul is a great guy and a good man to buy a car from

Awesome, easy, no “typical car salesman” experience!

My experience was perfect for me! I’m in sales and can’t stand the “typical sales” that you still receive on many car lots around town. This was a no bull approach to car buying that was refreshing and simple! Jeremy was awesome! He was easy to work with and informative. As a woman, this is even more appreciated. I wasn’t made to feel out of place at all here by any of the staff like the old days when a woman would walk into a car dealership! ;-). Thank you, Ramsey Mazda!

EXCELLENT

I just purchased my very first Subaru a 2019 Outback from Mitch Williams. He was Awesome to work with. I was impressed with his knowledge and patience he took time to explain everything to me. He went above and beyond. I was able to drive my brand new vehicle home the next day. Thank you Mitch. He even helped me take items out of my car I was trading in and transferred my license plates for me. He also made sure I understood all the parts of the vehicle and hooked up my I phone to the vehicle. I will definitely recommend Ramsey to my friends and family. Thank you Mitch

Routine maintenence

wasn't able to drop off for express service. Told to come back at 3, I did but told that wasn't good either. They did get me in and I did have to wait an hour, no problem.

Airbag replacement

I had the recall on the airbag done in my WRX. I got the car home and realized the passenger side vent was not seated properly. ( Set back in dash) and the bezel around the radio wasn't seated right as well. ( Pulled away from dash) and some piece in top of dash a round clip in piece is not put back correctly either. Overall pretty disappointed since I feel like whoever did my car hurried and didn't choose quality or customer service. It makes me worry about what else wasn't put back together correctly. And unfortunately I don't get days off work except Sundays so taking it back is a huge hassle for me.
