I’ve received outstanding service at Mini of Sterling. Jeff Shade is an excellent service advisor. He is friendly, courteous, and technically very well qualify. I feel very confident in the advice he gives me for my Mini and the services and repairs he recommends. I particularly like the dealership’s customer communication systems, including the text updates during the service and the videos provided of the vehicle inspection and the repairs needed. I highly recommend this dealership and Jeff Shade as a technical advisor.

Jeff and the rest of the service team at MINI of Sterling

Jeff and the rest of the service team at MINI of Sterling are absolute heroes!!! Our 2009 Mini Cooper is still running strong thanks to them and their expertise! We are beyond grateful for helping us keep our little 16-year-old Cooper zipping around town like a race car. This last visit was for a safety recall so it didn't cost anything, but we were treated like valued customers, nonetheless. Highly recommend trusting your Mini to Jeff and the team at MINI of Sterling!!!!
