Welcome back to owning a Hyundai. Owned two previously, switched to Nissan briefly (horrible, horrible experience less than two weeks after purchased on recalled parts that weren't replaced - tried to stick me with $5k cost). My Hyundai's never, ever gave me issues. Plus, treated extremely well - by all staff! Highly recommend 👌. Get one before the tarrifs go up! Also, when I bought my last Hyundai, my trade in value was higher than the original purchase price. Talk about value.

Service dept are liars I put in a warranty request, I called them for 4 weeks leaving service manager a voicemail to call me back they never did finally spoke to Scot a manager who stated the warranty claim got denied I called Hyundai directly they informed me no claim was put in. Hmmm liars are the worst now Scot won’t answer my calls

Hyundai of Murfreesboro is the most shameless, deceitful, and predatory dealership I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Their service department is nothing but a fraudulent money pit, designed to rip off every single customer who walks through their doors. They have the audacity to mark up their parts by 25% compared to their own parts department. That’s not just dishonesty—it’s straight-up highway robbery. It’s a calculated scam, preying on people who trust them with their vehicles. When confronted, they don’t even bother to respond. Let’s be real: this isn’t just bad business—this is outright theft. These people are nothing more than crooks in uniforms, hiding behind the Hyundai brand while they squeeze every last dollar they can out of unsuspecting customers. They have zero integrity, zero shame, and zero respect for anyone who walks through their doors. If you bring your vehicle here, prepare to be scammed, overcharged, and treated like an ATM. They don’t care about you, your car, or basic human decency—they only care about draining your wallet. Hyundai of Murfreesboro should be shut down for their disgusting business practices. I wouldn’t trust these soulless con artists to fix a bicycle, let alone a car. There are plenty of honest mechanics out there—this is NOT one of them. DO NOT GIVE THESE SCAMMERS A SINGLE DOLLAR. They are parasites, bottom-feeders, and absolute disgrace to the industry. Stay far, far away. If you have already used them, ask for the price you paid for parts and then call the parts department to see how much they have taken you for….you will be truly shocked.

I bought our Palisade from Murfreesboro Hyundai and it was a great experience. Everybody was knowledgeable and patient enough to answer all of our questions. They made it really easy. I prefer the no hassle, no haggle approach. I don’t have time in my life to make buying a car a part-time job. Thanks to everybody For the fast, friendly experience.

The salesman, Gabriel Sons, was great! He was personable and courteous. I did not feel that he was out to sell me the car with high-pressure tactics. The experience was pretty pleasant overall.

I was visiting Nashville when I had a warning light come
I was visiting Nashville when I had a warning light come on my 2019 Tucson so I called this dealership and they were very courteous and got me right in to check the issue. I really appreciated the quick response to my concern. They were very nice and the waiting area was very nice and clean. The only negative comment was grease finger prints on my console!
