Emmanuel was amazing to work with.

Emmanuel was amazing to work with. He was friendly and helpful. I didn’t feel pushed rather, he listened and accommodated my requests. I have no hesitation that I will return and send my friends and family to work with him in the future.

Jeremy was fantastic helping us do a deal on the Mach E.

Jeremy was fantastic helping us do a deal on the Mach E. Extremely friendly towards me and my family. Things were a bit more complicated in my case since we have just moved to the US, but Jeremy and teams handled things wonderfully.

Overall we enjoyed working with the Jim Ellis team to get our new Mach E. They really are very friendly and knowledgeable and you just don't feel rushed or pressured into anything. If I could improve one area it would be in the deal closing stages. If there were a way to just complete all of the paper work electronically and in under 2 hours we would be uktra happy. But in any case you can't go wrong if you are looking to get into a Ford, the Jim Ellis team will treat you right.
