Repair took one month and one day.

Repair took one month and one day. Service Advisor never took initiative to inform me, never returned voice mails left on direct line. After three weeks, called Service Manager, who returned call a week later only after I requested a meeting with the General Manager. About a week after getting car back, Tire Pressure Monitoring System, a repair items, not working again. Have owned lots of Fords, and loved lots of places over military career. This is the worst dealership I?ve ever worked with.

Purchased a new truck today and the experience was great.

Purchased a new truck today and the experience was great. Emmanuel was ready for us when we arrived, helped us with the vehicle, and got us squared away. Andre was the man and made the finance process painless and quick. Thanks both for such a smooth and professional experience.

Louis was a fantastic salesman!

Louis was a fantastic salesman! Very kind and PATIENT! He got us everything we asked for/needed to make the deal happen. Notably we had 2 small children with us and the patience was admirable! Helping with car seats, car transferring, and keeping the kids engaged while we debated over cars. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
