5 Stars - Exceptional Customer Service When Things Go Wrong I recently purchased a 2025 Chrysler Pacifica from Glenn Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram and want to share why they deserve recognition for outstanding customer service. While my business partner handled the initial negotiations, I was set to make the 3+ hour drive from Hendersonville, TN to Louisville to pick up the vehicle. Halfway through my journey, I received a call from Jimmy informing me that the van I'd purchased had been inadvertently traded to another dealership. As you can imagine, I was quite frustrated given the significant travel time involved. However, what happened next is why this dealership truly stands out. Jimmy and sales manager Wes immediately went to work to make things right. They arranged to have an identical vehicle transported directly to me at no additional charge, and even took a little off our negotiated price as an apology for the inconvenience. The delivery drivers arrived the very next day with all the necessary paperwork ready to sign. Sometimes you can judge a business not just by how smoothly things go, but by how they handle problems when they arise. Truck was extremely dirty inside was told detail guy weren't that good. Talked with salesman 6 days prior to coming as I'm over 5hours away in Ohio never told me it had a huge dent in the cab till I was 30 minutes from dealership yet he stated it was a small dent windshield has 2 decent size chips and was told that they couldn't do anything with it
