This place is totally rip off and do lousy job.
This place is totally rip off and do lousy job. My son took my 3 years Honda Civic with only 17,000 mileage to oil change. They told him it needs change the filter. But I just changed the filter three months ago by myself. I don't know what other service they did that end up with $1000 cost...?? Does it needs that much service? How dare you take advantage of peoples trust? shame on you cheat on customer. This was rip off A few months ago, my son took the car to change a tire. They didn't even reset the tire pressure sensor. Also, the tire pressure was not correct. So I had to take to Marin Honda fix it. This time, The filter cover fails down on the way back. This was a lousy job It was a nightmare. we will never go back ever again. I am so pissed !! This is my second time posting because they deleted my review.

Unfortunately, can't give zero stars.
Unfortunately, can't give zero stars. This dealer is not just your usual "add more work" dealer, they are scammers. I went in with a check engine light on and a blinking "D" gear light. The service guy (his names is Carlos - beware) said it would take 3-4 hours and ~$260 to check the car. He calls back 4 hours later to tell me that my transmission is gone and needs to be replaced with a cost of $7,500 (for a 2013 Honda Fit). They wouldn't tell me what was wrong, just that my transmission was done. I didn't think that was reasonable, so I got an OBD and checked the code myself. It turns out one Solenoid was not working properly. Upon further inspection, it turns out it was just the connector of the solenoid (it was chewed by rats). It took me $40 and 2 hours to replace the connector. They basically lied, since they would have seen the cables being broken when they inspected the car. This is not just a matter of shady business practices, this is outright scam!

Ryan was a tremendous help -- a guide, really. I needed his expertise and what he showed me is that it's not about the car, necessarily, it's about the person. Every move we made was driven by what I needed and wanted, what my expectations and requirements (and worries and fears) were, not a need to sell a car. When expectations and fears collide, it's only a really good salesperson that can help you sort that out and match you with the right short or long term solution. Ryan's a _really good salesperson_ in the way we should be understanding what that means: taking the time to listen, so that he can find a solution that is appropriate for the person who's come to him for help.

Hocine is the best . . . will look out for you!
Go see Hocine and you won't be disappointed. Although it took 3 months to receive my new Ridgeline (not the dealership's fault), Hocine (and the dealership) honored the price with no game playing. Same with selling them my prior Ridgeline (with 160k miles and needing several repairs). A great price (new Bluebook) and no smogging needed. I'm a very happy customer.
