Oil change

Great service! My SUV service was completed in less than a hour, even with a wash. The dealership is very clean and friendly. They took my vehicle right away.

Oil change

Dependable service every time. I like the waitin area also. Clean and spacious. Work done in a timely matter. And I liked that I could schedule appt on line

Oil change

Everything went well and they took me in without an appointment. The only concern that I had is the system was not reset and changes had to be made on my control panel.

Amazing Service

This was my first time purchasing a car and Ed made my experience so easy and actually kind of fun! He didnt push me into something, he provided different options in my price range and let me decide what I wanted. I felt comfortable and reassured that I was in good hands.

Fixed in a timely manner

I needed work done but had a hard time explaining the noise! The GM drove me back to work in my car to try and catch the problem and listen to what I was hearing. The service dept is great!

Amazing Service

Service writer did his job well. No financial help on 1800.

Chevy warranty on electronic parts is too short. And parts are quite costly for average single working family. Very pricey repair for a 2014 chevy cruze with 90000 miles. For an economic driver this repair bill cost half what the value of car worth.

Large oil leak right after being serviced

Car lost a LOT of oil on my garage floor right after being serviced. Fixed for free, but now I've got to clean the huge mess at my expense

New truck

I saw an internet ad for a truck. Before driving 75 miles to the dealership, I called and talked to Dan Johnson who actually answered all my questions even going outside to measure the truck to make sure it would fit in my garage. At the dealership Dan was extremely knowledgeable about all the features of the truck. Jason Beck and Jon Mullen helped to make the purchase easy. I would definitely recommend this dealership. The people know their products and how to run a business. Worth driving from Illinois!
