Doing something right as been coming back for 20 years!
Doing something right as been coming back for 20 years! Just got my fourth vehicle. Brandon was terrific to work with (thank you!). Just wish there wasn't so much paperwork (my hand hurt from signing!).

I visited St. J. GMC for a tire rotation and brake inspection. Denise Pelow happily scheduled the appointment at my convenience. Patrick Switser was my service advisor. He was very helpful and explained the results of the inspection in detail. He was straightforward in his recommendations to correct any concerns. They are the face of the dealership and why I purchase our trucks from them. I will continue to use the St. J. GMC dealership.

Great team
Due to the current truck shortages dealers have been adding $5-15,000 over MSRP but you guys stood by your MSRP price. They also met me in NY at airport with my truck to save 5 hours off of my return drive. Couldn’t have asked for a more simple process and great team to work with. Thank you for all the help.

Two years after Nina helped me get into a great Optima
Two years after Nina helped me get into a great Optima she helped me upgrade to an SUV! Life with two kids in a sedan was getting too cramped, so I sent Nina a message and we started the process! Finding something in this market proved challenging because everyone is buying, but with some patience we found a beautiful 2019 Equinox that is PACKED with features! Whoever drove this before me made sure it had the Driver Confidence and Convenience packages, so I have remote start (a must in winter!), Backup Camera (with audible alerts if I get too close!), and too much to list here! I was working within a budget, which wasn't small, but still was limited, and she and her manager made it happen! Thank you BOTH for your devotion! I was able to buy a used SUV from home and have it delivered! I especially enjoyed signing the paperwork with Kevin, who was kind, funny, and had only great things to say about the Equinox I had chosen. OH and bonus: FULL TANK OF GAS! :D TL;DR: Go to St. J Buick GMC and ask for Nina! To be honest, anyone who works at this location will do right by you, but I've got a soft spot in my heart for Nina!

Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with for the purchase of a new vehicle. Salesperson was friendly, polite and accommodating. The dealership itself cares more about the sale than the customer. Sign the papers and you’re history. The stars for rating this dealership don’t go low enough.

Inspection SCAM!! My trk with 20k miles on it went in for...
Inspection SCAM!! My trk with 20k miles on it went in for an inspection sticker they said the brake pads and rotors needed replacing. I said the rotors looked good to me and was told the rotors always look good from the outside and the rust was on the back. I took the truck home pulled the wheels and calipers, the rotors look the same front and back and the pads had only 1/2 mm of ware on the front and 1.5mm off the back, the rotors had no groves or outer ridge. SCAM ,SCAM SCAM , stay away from the Auto Saver SCAM group. it was also to have 4 recalls done that I had scheduled but after taking the day off form work to bring it in they did have the recall parts?? and wanted me to bring it back when they came in. And lastly they disabled my brake pad ware sensor and said nothing about it. Stay clear of the Auto Saver Group and find an honest shop.

You were a good dealer but now that you are using bate and switch tactics on your leases , I think differently of your dealership . There is nothing more to say . The service on my GMC was very good . The lease on the Buick was wrong , under handed etc.
