Good afternoon I just would like to say Marcus Wilson was the best associate salesman. He really had a lot of patience. He took his time and he really worked hard to help me and my husband to buy this car. I really appreciate it because I was a little bit nervous because it wasn’t the best time financially, but Marcus Wilson And the rest of the team search so hard is such a hard job to make this car affordable I would recommend everyone I know and I really appreciate his excellent customer service. I drove an hour and a half to see a truck after the
I drove an hour and a half to see a truck after the salesman sent me pictures and assured me it was available. When I got there, he casually said it sold the night before like it was no big deal. Then he tried to push a totally different truck on me that wasn’t even close to what I wanted. His acting was awful, like a bad drama, and I’m pretty sure the sales manager was making up nonsense too. I quickly learned he lied to me just to get me in the door to look at other trucks—super shady. Complete waste of time. Avoid this Ourisman dealership at all costs!"I wish I could put negative stars

Overall a great experience, not a lot of the usual dealership back and forth hassle, I was in and out in under 3 hours as they were pretty straightforward on pricing. The salesperson was new but very pleasant. Overall a great job by the team at Ourisman!

Complaint Regarding Unsatisfactory Service and Alleged Fraud at Ourisman Dealership I visited the Ourisman dealership to repair my Jeep, specifically to address dashboard issues. They charged $240 for diagnostics, which is a recurring charge despite different problems. My car has been experiencing issues due to battery problems, requiring frequent jump starts. The dealership informed me that my car has two batteries and diagnosed that one battery costs $575 while they could not find information on the other battery. I informed the manager, who instructed Eric to proceed to the cashier where the price of the second battery was indicated as $375. I agreed that they could diagnose my car before continuing with any service to identify which battery needed changing. Despite instructing them to focus on the oil change and seat belt recall, they charged me $240 for diagnostics. They initially claimed my car had two batteries and diagnosed one as faulty. However, upon inspection, I found only one battery, leading to confusion. The manager said the charge was for checking components, but my dashboard issue was not addressed or noted in the paperwork. I would like to know why the dashboard issue was not included in the diagnostic, considering there is an electrical problem with it. I was told I would need to pay another $240 for that diagnostic, which is unacceptable. The reason I drove away was that the manager told me the $240 was used to check other things in my car, but my dashboard issue was still not listed. I was refunded $209 today, but the money has yet to arrive in my account. The diagnostic fee was $240, but I have not received the refund. Why hasn't my warranty been applied, and why am I being charged extra? Although I bought the new car from your dealership, it has not been treated as such. I have spent over $1000 on maintenance without the warranty.

Earlier this week, we called about a specific vehicle
Earlier this week, we called about a specific vehicle they had on their website, a 2023 Audi A4. My husband spoke to two different salesmen, but mainly Nana Obeng. After some negotiation, we agreed on a total out-the-door price and decided to buy the car. We made the deal, let him know we already had financing lined up and would finalize that to arrive with the exact payment. We agreed on this morning at 11. We told him we live in Pennsylvania and that it is a 2 hour drive for us. We finalized the loan with our lender, giving them all of your information and the vehicle details, and emailed the dealer funding request to the email address Nana gave my husband so the finance department would be prepared to handle the paperwork/sale quickly when we arrived to get the car. We’ve bought our past 5 cars this way with no issues- find the right car online, negotiate and agree on the right price, arrive, sign, and leave with our car. Usually a very easy process. We were called by a different salesman yesterday to confirm our arrival time, and we confirmed. We drove the 2 hours this morning. Upon arrival, we were told the car was sold last night. The dealer who spoke to us this morning, Kadoos (sp?) informed us of this and said “well, we can’t hold cars.” Another sales person chased us back outside convincing us to look at another- said it was the same color and lower miles. I was already feeling incredibly disrespected, but my husband agreed to look at it, only to then have other sales people offer him a white one or a black one that wasn’t even in stock. What a joke. Multiple people knew we were coming this morning to purchase that specific car. If we had needed to give a deposit or something over the phone to hold it, we would have gladly done so. No one indicated this at any point. We were more than willing to complete the sale online, if needed, but again, no one indicated this was necessary. No matter what, it would have taken thirty seconds for someone at the dealership to give us a call and let us know the car we agreed to purchase was sold before we drove that far. If that simple act of respect and professionalism had been done, we would gladly have considered buying something else with your dealership. But, instead, we were not shown any respect or consideration.
