Buying a truck from Picasso Imports was the most regrettable purchasing decision I’ve ever made. Hopefully I can help someone else that might be on the fence. After weeks of poor communication and the inability to find a delivery driver, I drove the 8 hours to Indianapolis myself, only to wait in Max's office over 6 hours for a truck that very clearly was never looked at by a service department (empty fuel tank, exposed wires, and multiple issues that should have been addressed before sale) Despite purchasing a $3,000 warranty, it conveniently did not cover the $6,000+ in immediate repairs the truck required due to the fine print: wheel bearings, axles, tie rods, valve cover gasket, AC compressor, brake pads installed backwards, and more. I have multiple pages of neglected issues. I don’t write this for financial recourse—I accept my mistake. I write this to warn future customers. Picasso put an incredibly unsafe vehicle out on the road, which is the most disturbing part. Transparency, accountability, and basic professionalism were sorely lacking in my experience. If you value peace of mind and trust in a dealership, I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere.

For the most part, good so far. They won't budge on prices. I have read that they don't always provide titles and second keys in a timely manner, so I will reserve my final evaluation until I receive these things.

Don’t buy a vehicle from this place! They lie and mislead there customers. Just look at there reviews. Post sale is when they flip the script

Unethical! I entered into a verbal contract to purchase a truck from Picasso Imports with their employee Max Landis. I provided a $2000 deposit to hold the truck. On day of sale I confirmed sale and told Max I would not be purchasing an extended warranty his company had offered. Max stated “the only reason” they would sell me the truck was because I had agreed to purchase the warranty. Max refused to acknowledge that I had told him I would consider the warranty but I would let him know day of sale if I was purchasing the warranty. Max then told me he would have to talk to the owner/ his boss. I told him to let me know what they decide to do. I did not hear from him the rest of day. I arrive at Picasso Imports with check for the entire amount of the vehicle minus the warranty. Max told me he has the right to refuse to sell to anyone. He stated “You changed the terms by not purchasing the warranty”. I stated no where in the ad does it say I have to purchase a warranty. He agreed with my statement then said again he has the right to refuse to sell to whoever he wants. Bottom line they made a mistake by advertising and pricing the truck under market value, so they tried to make it up by selling me a warranty.

Do not buy from here, got a Range Rover that i thought would be reliable and easy to up keep (is what they made it sound like). Had to buy new tires, a new battery, then went to get my oil changed and the transmission was leaking fluid all within a month of having the car. They lie to you and rip you off. There’s no way the do any kind of inspections on cars before selling them.

WARNING ⚠️ shady underhanded full of xxxx dealership it's a dirty business anyways but these people win the academy award. DO NOT BUY FEOM PICASSO I WARN YOU YOU'LL PAY 3 TIMES WHATEVER THERE ASKING AND FORCE $1800 WARRANTIES ON YOU THAT ARENT WORTH ENOUGH TO WIPE YOUR xxx WITH. I PRAY KARMA COMES BACK TO THIS UNDERHANDED COMPANY.
