Unethical!

Unethical! I entered into a verbal contract to purchase a truck from Picasso Imports with their employee Max Landis. I provided a $2000 deposit to hold the truck. On day of sale I confirmed sale and told Max I would not be purchasing an extended warranty his company had offered. Max stated “the only reason” they would sell me the truck was because I had agreed to purchase the warranty. Max refused to acknowledge that I had told him I would consider the warranty but I would let him know day of sale if I was purchasing the warranty. Max then told me he would have to talk to the owner/ his boss. I told him to let me know what they decide to do. I did not hear from him the rest of day. I arrive at Picasso Imports with check for the entire amount of the vehicle minus the warranty. Max told me he has the right to refuse to sell to anyone. He stated “You changed the terms by not purchasing the warranty”. I stated no where in the ad does it say I have to purchase a warranty. He agreed with my statement then said again he has the right to refuse to sell to whoever he wants. Bottom line they made a mistake by advertising and pricing the truck under market value, so they tried to make it up by selling me a warranty.

Do not buy from here, got a Range Rover that i thought

Do not buy from here, got a Range Rover that i thought would be reliable and easy to up keep (is what they made it sound like). Had to buy new tires, a new battery, then went to get my oil changed and the transmission was leaking fluid all within a month of having the car. They lie to you and rip you off. There’s no way the do any kind of inspections on cars before selling them.

DO NOT BUY FEOM PICASSO I WARN YOU YOU'LL PAY 3 TIMES WHATEVER THERE ASKING AND FORCE $1800 WARRANTIES ON YOU THAT ARENT WORTH ENOUGH TO WIPE YOUR xxx WITH. I PRAY KARMA COMES BACK TO THIS UNDERHANDED COMPANY.

Lilly Espinosa, in particular, demonstrated exceptional customer service by taking the time to listen to my grievances, clarify the situation, and provide a detailed explanation of the discrepancies in the advertisement and Carfax report. Lilly handled the matter with sincerity and ensured all my concerns were resolved to my satisfaction. Her approach was not only courteous but also transparent, restoring my confidence in the dealership's commitment to customer satisfaction. Very very poor communication, I first sent an email never

Very very poor communication, I first sent an email never got a response after waiting a day. Then I called and finally got going on the car I was looking at. I think went through their financing process, I had to reach out multiple times to check back with them because I never could get a response from emails or text. I kept it very upfront that I did leave 8 hours away but would be willing to make the drive and come see the car the next day after getting financing going. I then got half way through my drive to contact them when they open for them to tell me they sold the car the night before.

Max was upfront about the vehicle.

Max was upfront about the vehicle. He allowed me to have the car inspected at my garage. He responded promptly to my text and we got it done. A little pushy but nothing abnormal. I would recommend him again.
