The sales agents are genuine, honest and helpful. The service personnel - especially Josh - try their hardest to take care of you. This whole dealership is top notch.

Unless the price is right, avoid this dealer like the plague! It will be difficult to break through the electronic answering system. You will get tired of hearing a long story about "being family owned & operated since 1955." Phone calls will not be returned. Once the ink is dry on the sales contract don't expect the slightest empathy or basic courtesy which the dealer ironically deploys as its moniker & eponymous Name on the door. Byers beware & be forewarned.

I purchased a vehicle from Zach today and he made the experience painless. He had everything ready for me when I arrived and took care of every single step. I had my ten year old daughter with me, and the other staff members brought her ice cream and made sure she was well cared for. Financing was also a really great experience.
