No place to park.

No place to park. No direction given, other than have a sit. Found out two weeks later that I needed wiper blades and that was not caught.

I had been in contact with Anthony, but when I arrived, a different salesperson was there. Initially, I just wanted to check how much the price differed from the online listings, and I found that the difference was over $9,000 on all of them. Then they told me that no matter how much I put down as a deposit, I would still have to pay over $700 per month. They kept trying to convince me to accept it. This is all a scam. Do not listen to anyone. No matter who the salesperson is or what was discussed before, if you go there now, you will definitely regret it. I have already filed a complaint with the BBB.

I've had my eye on the Mitsubishi for a while, and I

I've had my eye on the Mitsubishi for a while, and I finally got to test drive it. It was everything I hoped for and more. The handling, the comfort, the features just felt right. The staff was top-notch. I had a million questions, and they answered every single one without any rush or pressure. Just a fantastic experience overall!

I had a nice interaction with Anthony and initially Ab

I had a nice interaction with Anthony and initially Ab but the new general manager Luis is extremely unprofessional, impolite, and behaved erratically. He lacks the temperament to lead effectively and it’s evident his team doesn’t respect him. It was suggested on multiple occasions I leave a review to express my displeasure. Nadar in finance is avoidant and was conveniently always in a meeting, out or never returned my messages left with multiple employees over 4 days. Ab told me the deposit was 100% refundable and Luis said it was not. He claimed he lost business holding the vehicle but I called 2 days before and the day before I was scheduled to come in to inform them in ADVANCE I was not returning for that vehicle. I left messages with multiple receptionists Alexa, Grace were kind and another woman who was nice, I forgot her name she had an accent but she said she was a manager too but I never heard from anyone back unless I called first. Nothing was signed it was all potential based on other factors and we agreed to touch base on or before Friday. Fast forward to my most recent and last interaction with Luis. After he failed to call me back yesterday 3/24/25 after his 11:45AM meeting with his controller to discuss my “exception” of getting a refund back which he was clearly irritated about, I called AGAIN to get an update. He asked for my card info said he’ll submit it and then just said bye. No confirmation, no update, no time frame. He called back to say the card number was different so I explained how Apple Pay works and it masked my number but the numbers I gave him were the right card. He said ok and hung up. I call this morning to confirm it went through since last night after our call I received text messages from someone at the dealership (I assume) who didn’t identify themselves and wrote with many typos asking me to send a picture of my card for the refund. I said I already verbally gave Luis the numbers on the phone. The person said they always need a picture for the refund. I felt uncomfortable and ignored it and decided to call in the morning to verify it was submitted without the picture. I called this morning and Ab answers I ask for Luis and tell him I’m disappointed he lied about the deposit being refundable when it wasn’t because Luis said it wasn’t. Ab said Luis was lying just to give me a hard time because he was bitter about losing the sale. I told him that’s horrible business practice and unethical if it is truly refundable. I said he’s unprofessional and that’s why I had to keep following up because he never confirmed anything last night. Ab assures me he’ll confirm it was processed and will get back to me. About two minutes later my phone rings and it’s the dealership I assume it’s Ab since Luis never calls me back as promised. Instead it’s Luis shouting on the phone “oh so I’m unprofessional?! Really I’m Unprofessional?!” Which clearly was unprofessional to start. He’s shouting and ranting not letting me get a word in stating he’s been so nice by giving me an “exception” and refunding my deposit and he didn’t have to do that. At first he said he did submit it yesterday then says “well now since I’m so unprofessional I’m going to make you wait and you’re going to get it back when I decide because I don’t care” and he hung up on me! I was baffled! I called back and Ab answered and I told him all about the crazy unhinged rant Luis went on and how it felt like high school gossip and he can’t regulate his emotions. Ab assured me “he’s just like that” and I should let my experience be known since it seems to be a common theme that Luis lacks self control. I truly feel sorry for any employee that has to work under such a sensitive and emotionally charged manager who can’t even communicate his dissatisfaction with respect and dignity. I truly would not recommend this place to anyone.

First time I was told to wait in waiting room before

First time I was told to wait in waiting room before being taken care of. Later asked for keys. Was later told it was the battery and that it was not covered. All together it took about an hour and a half to get repairs done.

Awesome crew to deal with!

Awesome crew to deal with! The car we looked at was immaculate and they were very accommodating to us! Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a wonderful experience and a great vehicle that is clean and well priced!

It was a pleasant experience throughout the whole

It was a pleasant experience throughout the whole process. Everyone I dealt with were very professional and respectful. They worked with me to get to the price of my new vehicle to where it was affordable for me. They did everything they could to make me walk out a very happy customer.

Have ,,service engineer soon “light on but when I get there is disappear I thought is 15000 miles 1 service and was a 2 week ago for oil change They are checking and changed some valve
