Cassidy was OUTSTANDING.

Cassidy was OUTSTANDING. Loved her. However, Everytime I come there something always goes wrong. Last time they lost the cap off my new rim. This time my oil change took 2.5 hours, there was black grease all over my brand new seat covers and they still have my lug nut. I guess they are dropping off at my house. I feel leary about the work performed now. Should I check...

False Advertising and Hidden Fees at Mazda of Fort Myers – Buyer Beware I visited Mazda of Fort Myers because of the prices they advertised. They claim to offer “transparent pricing,” “no advantage packages,” “no certification or reconditioning fees,” and “honest, hassle-free deals.” Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Even after I told both the salesman and the manager that I came in specifically for the advertised price, they still didn’t honor it. Instead, they tacked on several hidden fees and inflated the final price. Most notably, they added appearance protection and theft protection into the contract without clearly explaining them or getting my explicit approval. These add-ons are not mandatory, yet they were automatically included and presented as part of the deal. Worse, I have no way of confirming whether these so-called protections were even applied to my car. There’s no documentation, no walkthrough, and no visible evidence that anything was actually done. It feels like a manufactured charge designed solely to increase their profit at the customer’s expense. This is classic bait-and-switch. Mazda of Fort Myers promotes honest and transparent pricing, but in reality, they shift the numbers and bury extra costs once you’re at the dealership. It’s a frustrating and deceptive experience. Be careful — read every line of the contract, question every fee, and don’t take their advertising at face value.

Cassidy was very professional.

Cassidy was very professional. friendly and explained everything clearly. The mechanic Mark was also very professional and sent a video showing us and explaining everything being done to the car, which we also liked. The experience was very good and uneventful.
