As a overall my experience with this dealership customer service is HORRIBLE the WORST they don't care about the customers who they suppose to care about that keep their jobs because without us it want be them. They need to be retrain or get better customer service advisors. I'm not the only person having issues with this location, I'll not return to this location!!!!

Everyone in the service department were very nice and helpful plus friendly during my time there waiting on my truck to get service plus the sitting area was very clean my stay there was very pleasant

Cody wouldn’t answer any calls after sell, made me feel
Cody wouldn’t answer any calls after sell, made me feel really used and unappreciated. 2.5 hours late to meeting after switching people last minute. Finance documents not ready which resulted in the 2.5 hours late to meeting location after agreeing to the time. Drove 4 hours to be at the exchange point on time, I then had to wait 2.5 hours. Was only given a 3 day tag on the vehicle and was never communicated with regarding the 60 day tag until I called. Was not given copies of any of my finance documents until I called and requested. A lot of this I feel is normal practice and I shouldn’t have had to initiate as a customer.
