Caught up in the whole Ford Maverick debacle. Ordered in oct. of 21. Delivered in July of ?23. Dealership felt sticker, handled model reorder. Had factory incentives in place and expedited delivery because they knew I was anxious. Would recommend this dealer to anyone.

like all dealerships they say one thing and then do another. We told them our top payment and they refused to listen and added crap we didnt ask for or want. plus they said the Truck went thru some sort of check and passed.. I havent had it 2 weeks and its been in their shop 3 times now for the same thing.

I would like to take the time to thank the staff at DEYARMAN Ford! In an age where customer service has taken a backseat, they did everything possible to make my visit one of the most enjoyable I have ever experienced! All my questions and concerns were quickly answered and addressed in a timely manner. James Smurtwaite was my sales professional and he was great. Next came the negotiation process, which a lot of people aren't exactly excited about. Believe me when I say, it couldn't have went better. The General Sales Manager Shawn Martin greeted me when I entered the dealership, and he was wonderful. He was such a professional! He truly listened and really wanted earn my business. Let's just say, Shawn has made me a customer for life! The final gentleman I spoke with was the Finance Manager Nick Worrall. He explained everything in great detail, while allowing me to process the information. Again, no pressure, just treating me with respect and dignity. This was my third vehicle I purchased from them. If I could I would give the family at DEYARMAN Ford 6 Stars! Thank you all so much. Keep treating customers, like you treated me, and you'll be around for a long, long time!
