In my 4 years at Deyarman Ford, I have purchased two vehicles and find both the sales and service staff first-rate. These are caring professionals who get it right the first time. All requests are followed through carefully and all calls and emails returned promptly. Honesty and integrity and the hallmarks. I would highly recommend them to my friends and associates.

i was very disappointed in the sales staff.I felt like we should have been shown more cars that we wanted see. we felt pressured and hurried to make a decision.I do not like the hybrid at all.

Really good experience and they was patient and worked hard to get the vehicle that I was interested in. They also took the time to show me how all the things worked in the new vehicle and get the app set-up for it.

Tried another Ford dealership earlier in the week and was not impressed. Dan made our buying experience very easy. He is an asset to your dealership.

after purchasing my truck at this Ford dealership I felt good after getting it. Everything seems very well until I started finding issues. The camera that I paid them to install was never installed correctly. I've tried multiple time to get them to correct this install. The excuses are not even related to the install. I had also had my truck back in to them on recalls from ford. They couldn't even get those right they failed to fix the two issues that were addressed by ford stating to me that they had been repaired. I received a letter from Ford stating "your truck has not been repaired" This is absolute worst dealership there is, they are full of lies & false promises. They only good thing I can say is they gave a great trade in plus good price on the new truck. Don't make a return trip they seem to lose all information on how to repair plus install accessories.

The staff I worked with at DeYarman of Indianola were all professional, courteous and friendly throughout the purchase of a vehicle I was interested in. They brought the vehicle to Indianola from Knoxville for me to see in person and test drive for my convenience (not many places would do that). They gave me a respectable offer for my trade-in and once the ball was rolling on purchasing the vehicle it took very little time.
