Love this dealership from the first visit everyone is so welcoming and professional without any pushyness. Derek was our Salesman three years ago when we bought our new Ford Edge. He reached out when he saw me looking online couple days ago and asked if he could help me. Just bought a Ford Ranger from him.

I gotta give a big shout out to Thomas! Great dealership! They’re not your typical dealerships when you walk in those doors you’re part of a family You don’t feel pressured and they do everything in their power to make sure you feel satisfied and get a good dealand would 100% recommend anyone!

We were very impressed with the dealership. You have a lovely building. The truck we purchased was in extremely good condition. We were very happy with the service we received. Overall a positive experience. Scott Brown the sales person did a good job and was very helpful. The F&I administrator was evasive in his explanations/presentation. Was disappointed that Ford does not supply an owners manual with vehicle in a hard copy format. Otherwise very satisfied with the experience and vehicle.

If you want lied to about what features the vehicle has then go to Deyarman. Then tell you that it will cost an additional $1200 to put it on.

Bought a used car and made the deal over the phone. Would have never dreamt that I needed to look the car over as much as I should have. Will not be back as I was disappointed in the lack of detail shown in comparison to other dealerships.

The sales process was okay. There were at least one item that I discussed with my salesman but was lost in until after the sale was made. I called back several times to see if this problem could be resolved. I was basically ignored and my issue was never resolved. There was no retuned calls from my salesman after I had left him at least a half dozen messages.

In my 4 years at Deyarman Ford, I have purchased two vehicles and find both the sales and service staff first-rate. These are caring professionals who get it right the first time. All requests are followed through carefully and all calls and emails returned promptly. Honesty and integrity and the hallmarks. I would highly recommend them to my friends and associates.
