I had gone back to them because my truck had gotten totaled from the hail storm. I ended up owing around $4500 after the insurance. They ended up eating around 2500 of it when they got me into my new vehicle. About 2 weeks later I received a call from Jon saying that they had made a mistake on my paperwork and they needed to fix it. They ended up giving me a check for 770 , dropped 9 months off the term of my loan and lowered my intrest rate. Trish , Jackie, and Jonathon did the right thing. They will continue to get my business.

I purchased a 2009 Saturn Outlook from Drivewise Jonathan promised us and guaranteed us that it was going to be really good car really good on gas it is a third row vehicle which we were looking for and it is the color that I like but one month after purchasing this car the transmission went out they did accommodate me with the rental car and they did fix it well as soon as I went to take him permission to do that patch pass emission I purchased a 2009 Saturn Outlook from Drivewise Jonathan promised us and guaranteed us that it was going to be really good car really good on gas it is a third row vehicle which we were looking for and it is the color that I like but one month after purchasing this car the transmission went out they did accommodate me with the rental car and they did fix it. I picked up my vehicle from Aamco Transmission noticed that the check engine light was on so I called the dealership Drivewise to notify them that the check engine light was on I was told they would have someone call me back never received another phone call then I went to have any omissions test done and it didn’t pass so I notified the dealership to let them know that I did not pass emissions was told that I was going to get a phone call back never got a phone call back! Went to the dealership to talk to someone and finally got an answer to what’s going to be done, they are going to fix it and put me up into another rental car but this is very frustrating for the fact that I don’t have time to be without my vehicle was hoping to have a good reliable vehicle as promised I do not recommend this dealership!
