DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! The only reason why they have so many 5 star reviews is because they hound you to write a review while they are sitting right there and they tell you what to say!!! I purchased a car September 23rd Roger Nehrig was my salesman he asked if I could write 2 reviews one on here and one on Google!! And he told me what to say!!! I told him I would do it once I got home so I could give an honest review about my experience and he’s like well could you do it now it’ll only take a few minutes!! Should have ran then!! Anyway after I got home service lights started coming on in the car….fast forward the car gets fixed after several phone calls and visits only to still not be fixed!! Anywho I went back to the dealer yesterday and now I’m introduced to Rocky the Sales Manager and he was thee absolute worst!! I have never felt so disrespected in my life!!! I told him the problems I was having with my car and HE (ROCKY) THE SALES MANAGER told me that THEY (CAR VISION) HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE CAR and that was a problem between me and the bank!!!! WOW!!! He wouldn’t honor my credit report from 29 days ago stating that I had to submit a new credit app if I wanted to get out of my car!! He was loud, he was rude, ignorant, and disrespectful!!! I NEVER write reviews but I must warn the people!!! I had a car for less then 30 days that I’m suppose to pay for 5 years and this is the treatment I get because I made a bad decision to buy here! This car is a Lemon & I will not stop fighting because this is not right!! They exploit people with challenged credit sell them bad cars & then say xxxx you it ain’t on us! Not to mention as of today I have an expired temporary tag on my car and they REFUSED to give me another!!!!!!! I explained my husband is a black man on probation and he can’t afford to get pulled over by police because that would be a violation of his probation!!! Rocky told me IF YOU MAKE IT HOME TONIGHT THEM GREAT!!!! I replied and IF I don’t then what??? He said the Attorney AL GORDON would pay my bail smfh! This has literally been a nightmare! Not only do I not have a reliable car, now I have to pay for attorney! THEY WILL NOT GET AWAY with this!! Do yourself a favor and BUY elsewhere! Customer Service, Service Dept, and Management all suck!! I truly feel like I was conned!!
