Wonderful experience at Carvision Maple Shade.

Wonderful experience at Carvision Maple Shade. Was considering a different dealer and so glad that Matt was respectful and kind when he reached out to me. His demeanor is what got me to come to this dealership within the hour. When I got here I met with Matt and Brad. Although I gave Brad a hard time about the warranty, he ultimately won me over with how much sense it made to add it. When I got to signing the paperwork, Latifa was exceptional and thorough. It’s my first EV and I’m excited to give it a go. Trying to do my part to save the planet! Definitely recommend Carvision Maple Shade!

Follow up: The service center at this dealership has got to be the worst collection of workers in history. I bought a car from here. They had to have it service due to an alert on the dash that had to be fixed. They kept the car overnight. I came back to get it, the same alert was still on the dash, ALONG with a flat tire. Because I got dropped off, I had to take the car home. Made a service appt for the following Monday. I come 90 minutes early to my sppt and drop the car off so they could get to me earlier. Every time I called, there was no answer so I couldn't get an update until I called the sales dept to get a manager. Come to find out, they never even looked at the car, even tho I had an appt. The NEXT DAY, I call and get no answer. I then have to drive to the service center from Philly... get there.... at the end of the day, for them to tell me that they haven't fixed it. When I told them it is a simple Google search of the issue and it is a common fix... the foreman never thought of your simple and common fix. There is a battery that needs to be replaced to fix the alert. He had no idea!!!! I leave and call them before they close at 5 and they inform me that they ordered the battery and it would be there the next day by 12. Instead getting someone to take me to jersey to get the car, I agree to kept it there since it will be worked on in the morning. The next day I'm checking the app phone that is connected to the car. Not much activity except for the hybrid battery being charged. I call close to 4pm to check the status and I'm told the car is finished and ready. I call a $45 Uber to go over to jersey and pick it up and on the way I get another call from the service dept saying that the car isn't ready. Matter of fact it wasn't worked on today. And they don't know why I was told that it was ready. I've spent a bunch of money on rentals in the last week due to their negligence. Worst service experience ever. By the way... they still don't know when it will be done. Mind you... I've watched this issue be fixed in less than an hour on over 8 YouTube videos. Almost a month later and after them trying to fix the issue... they broke the navigation and satellite radio. For 2 weeks they wouldn't answer the phone until I called them from another number. Finally was able to bring my car in when a loaner car was available. They fixed 3 of the issues but still never addressed the hybrid battery not holding a charge. Then their lawyer tried to make me sign an NDA saying that they were elevated from all wrong doings and to remove all negative feedback on all media and social media platforms. This is the epitome of used car sales perception. It definitely is truthful with this place. And they added more to the purchase price that was previously agreed upon. I wouldn't buy a 10 speed bike from this place after this.
