Terrible experience, the staff is lazy, uneducated about

Terrible experience, the staff is lazy, uneducated about the vehicles and car buying process. Wonder why it was a ghost town in there and maybe two mechanics working

Service department doesn't stand behind there work

I bought my truck in for a safety bulletin because my door were freezing open in January of 2022 and now that it is December 2022 and it cold doors are still freezing open brought it back so they could take a look at it witch I was told they stand behind their work but I was told by their asswhole service manager that it cold out there going to freeze if I want them to look at the job they supposedly repaired it would be around 260 dollars for them to look at a job they already so-called did what a shame that there service department is only out to scam customers money and not make good for a job all ready done

Misleading listing

They listed a vehicle for $15,000 below MSRP on Cars.com, but they have it for MSRP on their website. Very deceptive. There should be a feature on cars.com to flag listings.

Excellent Service Experience

Recently I had my Ranger in for service and the entire process was excellent. Upon arrival I was greeted promptly and was offered a loaner while in for repair. I was notified within a few hours of the issue with my truck and was ready for pick up same day. Service Department was very clean and Dealership was best in class.

F 150 Finally

After a frustrating 20+ week wait for my truck all worked out well. When the truck was delivered both mirrors were damaged. Marchese got the replacement parts and repaired the truck in four days. Nick was extremely accommodating and available through the entire process. I would highly recommend Marchese Ford and especially Nick! He's young and relatively new to the business but knowledgeable and professional beyond his years.

Amazing Service -- Brakes are fantastic -Thanks!

Thank you to Matt and his staff! I received 2 recall notices and my husband had heard great things about this dealership. Matt was so responsive to my needs and provided very prompt service. My car always rides nicely (2007 fusion), but I have to say, since they worked on my brakes, the brake system has never felt better. The dealership runs so smoothly -- the staff is efficient, friendly, and professional. Also, they did not try to sell me on any extra services. I live 30 minutes away and the service at Marchesi was worth the drive. Thank you Matt and staff for a great service experience.

One More Time...

Once again I have leased a beautiful new Ford from Jack Byrne Ford in Mechanicville and my experience was wonderful. This is at least the 8th or 9th car from this dealer and my outcome is always the same. No problems and I leave with the car that I want.

Long-time fan

I've lost track of how many new and used Mercury Sables and Ford Tauruses (Tauri?) I've bought from Jack Byrne for me and my wife, and we've never had a complaint. Just bought our first C-Max Hybrid (used) for my wife to use, but I think I'll be putting most of the miles on it. Salesman did an excellent job explaining all the electronic features.
