After 42 years living in the Spokane area, we chose to make beautiful Stevens County our new home. On a recent trip to a local grocery store I experienced a surprise malfunction with the shifter linkage of my vehicle. I suddenly found myself stuck in "park" and unable to complete my mission of gathering critical last-minute grocery items for our family barbeque. Yet unfamiliar with local vehicle service businesses in Colville, I happened to glance in my review mirror and saw the Country Chevrolet sign shining a few blocks away. I immediately set out on foot to explore my options. After a brief hike, I was greeted in the service department by Tammy who instantly took it upon herself to assist me. Gathering master mechanic Ryan, we returned to my car to assess the situation. Ryan diagnosed the issue in seconds and was able to temporarily connect the linkage, enabling me to drive it to the service bay for repair. This is my definition of not only great "customer service" but more importantly genuine kindness and concern for a stranger in need. You have my highest recommendation without reservation!

I bought my 2017 Silverado 1500 5.3 6 speed transmission tow package, 2 weeks after purchase I took it in because the transmission was not shifting right and grade control was not working still was under factory warranty! They claimed nothing was wrong! At 59,000 miles the transmission fluid was burnt, they claimed they digs a complementary transmission flush! Transmission still didn’t shift right! The truck has been in and out of shops because of transmission problems, the cooler went out the tranny lines had to be replaced, and now the transmission had to be rebuilt because it ate it’s self,, only 31,000 miles after extended warranty ran out! Do yourself a favor don’t take your vehicle into this company to be fixed! And don’t bother to contact GM they don’t give a dang! Because you refused to take care of the problem! You are now costing me over 4000.00 bucks!!! You will never see me step foot on your lot again!! Oh and by the way you claimed it was because I was towing a travel trailer that exceeded the weight limit! It’s rated at 9500 lbs and I’m under that over 2700 pounds!
