I drive by Buff Whelan on my way to work every morning. A white Dodge Charger caught my eye and after a couple weeks I had to stop in and check it out. I have been in the market for a pre-owned car for some time now. I had a Chevy Impala in mind or Malibu and never imagined I would be able to buy a Charger. I looked it up on their website and filled out the inquiry. Perry Kedrow called me in no time and we discussed $$ on a 2015 Impala as well as the Dodge Charger. I made an appointment to come in and drive each. Perry had both vehicles pulled up and ready for me to take a spin. The Impala was a nice car w/low miles and very good condition. But when I drove the Charger I was hooked. Still not sure if it was in my reach Perry worked up numbers and showed me that I could indeed make this purchase for little down and payments that I can live with. Perry Kedrow made the whole process of trading in my car and buying my new Dodge Charger RT a breeze.

I was contacted promptly by Perry Kedrow after an online inquiry about a vehicle on the Buff Whelan website. He emailed me with a list of vehicles that matched my interests. He even went the distance to send me some additional models that were similar to what I was looking for because he felt they were at a better deal. I ended up liking one of the vehicles he sent me information on that wasn't in my original list. We spoke on the phone for a few minutes and I headed down to the dealership. Upon my arrival, Mr. Kedrow already had the vehicle pulled up front, cleaned, and ready to test drive. As soon as I got back to the office, I knew this truck is what I wanted to purchase. Mr. Kedrow was wonderfully pleasant throughout the entire process, which shockingly only took 2 hours from searching their inventory to the end of the purchase. Although I had my own financing, he still tried to find out if I could qualify for better financing APR rates. I was shocked on how fast the transaction was completed because I was used to spending hours at the dealership when making a purchase. I felt as though Mr. Kedrow sincerely was assisting me in my situation to match something as close as possible to what I was looking for. Not to mention the truck I ended up purchasing with his insight was priced better than what I expected and under the amount I was willing to spend. I didn't have any insurance at the time so he provided me with an insurance broker's phone number that was able to assist me in obtaining full coverage insurance for a great price. I felt like I received an awesome deal on the entire purchase, considering that I have been car shopping for a while and came across many shark salesman that made me feel like they only cared about their commission and were pushing me to buy vehicles that weren't even close to what I was looking for. I will definitely be recommending Buff Whelan to anyone I know that is on the market for a new vehicle. I can't thank the sales staff enough for this wonderful, fast-paced experience.
