I purchased a 2016 Nissan Murano platinum from this dealership I’m 2016. My experience with the sales staff was excellent. However, when buying the finance guy recommended that I purchased an extended warranty because the car has a lot of tech. I purchased what he told me was the full bumper to bumper package to cover everything for 7years. Scam!!! Haven’t had to use it at all until recently First and only issue I have is with the heated/cooled driver seat. Was working when I went to work one day, got in the car to go home, it is not working. Scheduled for service, thinking I have full bumper to bumper. Was told would cost over 2k to repair. I asked how come it was not covered? Service person told me over the phone, I don’t know, I punched the part number in and it’s not covered. I mean come on! I go down to pick up the car, figures there’s a mix up or something. I ask to speak to a manager. The service rep/manager, Sheldon, tells me it’s not covered and could not care any less. He just wanted me out of his office and onto the next person. Do not purchase an extended warranty here. It’s a scam, and the service people absolutely do not give an F. Buyer beware!!!
Hi John, Warranties are under a 3rd party. Unfortunately the dealership does not decide what is and is not covered. Please contact our service manager Mo, so we can look into this matter further for you.
Unprofessional, disrespectful, disgusting, Liars
LIARS.. UNPROFESSIONAL.. BS'ers.. DISRESPECTFUL.. (read the YELP reviews for the TRUTH) I almost NEVER write reviews... ever.. but this dealership touched me on the next level of disgust, and brought the "karen" out. To start off, my wife and I came in for a vehicle.. everything was smooth sailing.. until the end. Started with the usual back and fourth, playing the dealer games, figuring out a fair deal. We were quoted "out the door price" for the vehicle we were interested in, from both the MANAGER and the SALES REP assisting us. We decided to leave and give ourselves some time to make up our mind. THIS IS WHERE THINGS GET UGLY.. We come back after an hour or so to complete the purchase. Sales rep (Justin) and I SHOOK on the price quoted prior and he starts writing me up. I take out the cash to complete the purchase.. and ALL OF A SUDDEN the managers switched up on the deal. They started LYING and saying stuff like "oh that wasn't out the door price... its finance price", when the WHOLE time we were negotiating the "out the door" FINAL PRICE, with the MANAGER(S) themselves. The word "finance" wasn't even mentioned, let alone be the topic of discussion. If that wasn't enough filth to turn anyone away, they TRIED to make ME feel STUPID as if I were DELUSIONAL... like we didn't JUST(and before) have the conversation for "out the door FINAL price", and didn't JUST shake on the deal. Not even acknowledging the fact that they are the ones who just went back on their word, like a bunch of clowns. Furthermore, they are speaking to me very unprofessionally at this point.. getting LOUD, standing over me puffed up like they about to DO something(both the managers). I of course walked out at this point being in ABSOLUTE DISGUST and told them I will make sure to write my feedback. I get in my car, about to drive off... and the manager Literally knocks on the window JUST to say(and I quote) "DON'T FORGET TO ADD HOW ILLITERATE YOU ARE ON THE REVIEW"..... WOW I will NEVER give them my business. What a F'in waste of my time and energy. VERY unprofessional, DISRESPECTFUL, especially the manager(s). I would practice social distancing from these clowns at all cost and take my business elsewhere. People like them are the reason why good dealers have bad rep and turn car buying experience into a nightmare.
I was near the old of my lease so I went to the dealership to see if they could get me out of it and into a new car. The salesman said the dealership would pay all fees and our next payment would be for the next vehicle I purchase. To make a long story short, they paid about half the amount they should have and didn't return any of my calls and when I stopped in the dealership, the person I needed to speak to of course "wasn't in today" and i was pawned off to a sales associate who left me sitting at his desk for 1 hr after learning there was no commission check coming from dealing with me. Filing a complaint with Corporate is useless too,they are Nissan's number 1 dealership in the country in sales volume, the only way to get their attention is by posting negative reviews. Better yet avoid them entirely.
