Worst service ever

Worst company ever. I've had recall for my ford t250 more than year ago. Scheduled an appointment and brought the van in. They kept it for a day did nothing and told me they need to order the parts (for recall I would assume they would know already what part to replace). For a year they didn't contact me and didn't complete a recall. More than year later another recall comes out. I make an appointment, take the van in and the same story. Nothing was done and they need to order the part again. Apparently the fist recall was marked as completed one, so obviously they got paid by Ford Motors for the job they never did. Now I've been waiting for them to complete the second recall for almost 2 months and nobody at Schomp Ford seems to care about safety of my vehicle.



Took my car to get sensor reset. Got charged $220.49 nothing was done and ended up having more issues with my car after leaving this place. Do not trust these people with your vehicle. Now wanting to charge me another $195 to do a diagnostic, no thanks,I had no issues with my car until these people put their hands on it.🤬 if I can give negative stars I would


Easy experience

I had a great buying experience here recently, I worked with Andrew Hill. He didn’t waste our time like other dealerships have, the whole process was quick and painless. And he even dropped off some accessories we ordered to our house. Would definitely recommend.


Great Buying Experience!

We were looking for a new vehicle. They had what we wanted in stock and for a great price, based on the research I'd done prior. The service was excellent! I loved the buying process, which does NOT involve haggling. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional! Our salesperson was Johnny Cardona. He is an excellent communicator & we highly recommend seeing him about your purchase!

Do Your Own Research!!

You wrote a review for Schomp Ford 13 hours ago 1.0 star rating1/7/2022 Do your research!!! I spent weeks looking for the right vehicle and doing research on my trucks value. I looked at trucks inside colorado and could not find another truck simiar to mine under $22,000. I know there is dealer markup and i lowered my expectations to a reasonable $16,000-17,000. I spoke to Carl Lee who for his part was great to deal with. I had picked put a car before coming in and made an apointment got all of my paperwork ready. I came in and Carl Lee told me about how they do buisness and they do 1 person, 1 hour type of sales. test drive went good, gave them the keys to go over my trade in, before even looking at the vehicle another gentleman aproaches me (Tyler) and tells me that my trade in is worth $10,500. He starts telling me that the Kelly blue book value was $10,500, I thought well my truck has every option so maybe he needs to look at it to see. a few minutes later he came back and told me thats all he would offer. I asked to see what that offer is based off of. He hesitated and showed me a kelly blue book sheet with a similar truck (not the same options) for $13,500 and then showed me a website with rucks listed. I looked closer and found that all the trucks he had listed were out of state 1000-1500 miles away. he then pulls up a truck and tells me look this one is going for $10,500 this particular truck not only was this truck clearly mislabeled (wrong year and trim level) it is in Lexington Kentucky. Every other truck I was shown was 30-40k more miles on it that mine and still going for for 6-7K more than what he valued my truck at. I told them I have done my own independant research and found their prices are very different from what I found. Tyler was generally unpleasant to deal with as well as being either not well informed or very dishonest but those arent mutualy exclusive. I left after this conversation and just have such abad taste in my mouth after the whole experience.


2022 Ford Explorer ST

Went to the dealership and had a few issues beyond their control, but we came home with a 2022 Ford Explorer ST, very happy customer.


Great Truck Price and Trade!

Matty H. found me my Toyota Tundra at Schomp Ford. It was exactly what I was looking for in price, model, color, trim, miles, year. They gave me a good deal on my trade too. Matty was super helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Ask for him if you're looking for a new/used car/truck. I highly recommend Matty to everyone. The staff was excellent too. Overall great experience.


Patience pays Off

i have been waiting for the car that I really wanted for some months. Schomp Ford found one in transit. Nick P helped me know what to do and followed through with me until it arrived! I was treated with respect and honesty which go along way in todays world! I now have a new Escape Titanium hybrid and love it!
