Welp, It's been 3 months since I purchased a vehicle from

Welp, It's been 3 months since I purchased a vehicle from Auto Destination - and it's been the most stressful, gut-wrenching experience. First off, the vehicle was sold to me with a bad transmission. Within 4 weeks of having the car (A 2013 Subaru Outback), it was brought back to them to replace the transmission. They had my vehicle for 3 weeks, and upon return, the car started rough and had noises it didn't have when I dropped it off the first time. The car shook, it rattled, and it sounded like a truck upon start up. When I continually asked Auto Destination for a work order, or a detailed description on what happened to the vehicle -- knowing something was VERY wrong with it, now, I never got any information other than an invoice for what *I* paid for. I contacted the warranty company, to ask for next steps. They advised I take the vehicle for a diagnosis, and get back to them with work that needs to be done. I brought the car to a nearby shop, and found that the NEW transmission that was put in the car was not only leaking already -- but was the WRONG TRANSMISSION FOR THE CAR. This, in turn, fried the starter as the transmission, computer and starter were all starting the car in different gears/gear ratios were off. I brought the car back to Auto Destination for repairs 16 days ago, and no repairs have been completed. They have offered me a different, older vehicle which is more expensive, instead of completing required repairs. They continue to tell me that the car runs fine, as it should, and nothing is wrong with it -- even though it needs $11,700 worth of work (The vehicle is worth $8,250). Auto Destination sold me a totaled car, attempted to fix it, and ruined it even more. They have offered no compensation, not apologized for a 3-month long inconvenience, and have just taken my money and time without a second thought. I am a single mother, that lives an hour + away from this dealership, and have been gaslit into thinking all the problems with the car are in my head -- even with detailed reports from multiple other shops. I now need to seek legal advice, which is more money and time spent, just to get this issue resolved. If you were considering a vehicle from Auto Destination, please do your research.

Definitely recommend

The staff there are amazing, they did not pressure me at all I came back 3 times before I bought my F150 the salesman leo and David took me on 3 test drives on different trucks and found the one I liked. They worked to find me a really good interest rate for my credit. Better than I thought I could the managers came out to meet me and let me know that they were working for me. They have a good selection of cars and trucks I sent my parents in after I bought mine and they went out and found them the car they were looking for. The team there is awesome thank you Leo,David and Sean

Great dealership

Had a great buying experience here at Auto Destination. Their sales and management team were awesome and helped explain all my questions and got me into the vehicle I wanted with the payments I needed. I had a small issue after purchase and I called them and they took care of everything just like they promised they would. I would absolutely come buy from them again and would refer my friends and family to them.

Ever have feeling of being lured and misled

When I was looking for a commuter car- I typed in volkwagen Jetta sport wagen tdi/6spd. I was elated that I found one. Located at Auto Destination. It seemed like the right car for me checking most of the boxes except it needed 4 new tires, passenger windows needed tinting since someone apparently forgot the whole side, a new windshield and the drivers side mirror. As the purchase agreement was done in December 2021, the we owe components included the windshield and mirror. The windshield took until April because of supply chain- not the dealers fault. The mirror- well that took me searching and finding the thing and 4 separate 40 minute drives to finally have it completed. One would think the dealership would have been more proactive than “I’m sorry”. While the mirror was being installed - I should have taken my finally completely car home and be done with it. Instead I saw another vehicle that I liked and severely regret now having a 2.5 car payment for too much of a vehicle. If they truly valued their customers they would have said it’s too expensive, but hey found a loan which makes me purchase the truck twice over. I barely put 400 miles on the vehicle (one week ownership) and asked if the dealership with all the other headaches and inconveniences from the other vehicle they would work with me -but instead I felt even more taken advantage of. The only response is now- “that’s between you and the bank”. I’m sure they could take the vehicle back without and qualms but chose to take advantage and not assist as they said in the front end. Advice- don’t be lured into a seemingly good deal and sweet talked into their buddy system. I would gladly rewrite a review if they would work with me to just take the vehicle back and get out of this overbearing loan.

Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy

This by far has been the worst car buying experience I have ever encountered. This is my second time and last time going through this car dealership. I was sold a vehicle that needed an extreme amount of work done to it.I had them detail the inside due to mold. they took my belongings that were in side of the vehicle worth over $ 350 and through them away! While inquiring about said items, it has been nothing but zero communication. When I finally hear that the items have been thrown away, John said he will give me $ 100 after telling him I need to be compensated. Absolutely took advantage of me and sold me a vehicle needing work done. The worst quality of vehicles being sold. while doing test drives, a few vehicles wouldn't even start. I will let everyone know their quality of service. I would never recommend them. I had even asked 2 days after signing to return the vehicle and was told no. buyer beware!

Want to get ripped off? Buy a car here!

Very deceitful. Would never recommend this stealership to anyone. Sean and Jon are the typical sales/finance guys that only want a sale at all costs, no matter how bad they screw you over. All over a few hundred dollars! Disgusting!
