Nader was my sakes person we talked a few times over the

Nader was my sakes person we talked a few times over the phone before I was able to get the the dealership to meet him everything he told me was true about the truck I wanted he kept the numbers the way I needed them to be and even got me a better finance option to get me a better APR than my own bank so I’m greatful for all his hard work and help he did an excellent job for me going out of his way to make sure I was happy and satisfied I got my beautiful pick up truck and I’m happy and satisfied with my purchase from Nader

We recently purchased a vehicle from Koons Buick & GMC Woodbridge, VA and what an experience! I wish I could do more start than just 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our sales rep. Jeannie was an amazing person before a sale woman and helped us at every step of the process. We were never felt pushed or rushed to do anything that we didn’t want to do. In my honest opinion, in my last 25 years of car purchase experience this was the best experience I and my family had. The finance guy Jonathan was also very helpful and down to earth person. He suggested best opt up N.A. but never forced or showed any attitude when we politely denied. It is very hard to find this type of dealership and people who really make an experience of a lifetime for you. Way to go Koons Woodbridge and will definitely comeback in future for my family’s vehicle needs. Thank you Jeannie and Jonathan!! 👍

Very disappointing experience.

Very disappointing experience. Nearly impossible for them to get the fees done correctly. Not sure if they just don't know how to do them or shady. But certainly did not seem to care about the customer in my experience.

Simply not professional. Sketchy conversations, they either don’t understand their business or are malicious.

BEWARE!

BEWARE!! Huge waste of time! It's like pulling teeth to get honest answers. They insisted on adding extra fees and tax to the final price of the car that we're not warranted. They even taxed the federal rebate after seeing State guidance that it shouldn't be taxed. Slow to respond, frankly just a nightmare almost like they don't care about customers. I wanted the car but had to walk away because they were so difficult to deal with and kept up charging everything improperly.

I was so disappointed with this visit.

I was so disappointed with this visit. For a customer to be told what they do with their vehicle. Where they park, instead of immediately taking the vehicle & seeing if the problem could be resolved without exchanging of words, was very frustrating. This leaves me to believe that they will always accuse the customers.
