Jean is a super star and was the only reasonI ended up

Jean is a super star and was the only reasonI ended up purchasing the vehicle. Jean listened, wasn't pushy and should give lessons to others on sales techniques. Excellent communication and great conversation. Michael is great and John was pleasant to deal with also.

Car is decent BUT when we told them the rim was dented up

Car is decent BUT when we told them the rim was dented up and we wanted it replaced there was way more back and forth than necessary and they finally agreed to replace it. (They have found excuses so far to not get it done). Next they showed the car before they cleaned it up. Once that was done we saw scratches and minor cosmetic concerns. They REFUSED to take care of it! What is that? I won’t return there.
