Crooks

Let me drive off the lot with a car that had little to NO oil in the engine, spark plug replacements, filters were extremely filthy, and the car stopped several times while I was driving it… this was 2 weeks after I purchased the car. Dealership denied they saw anything wrong with the car when they had it serviced for me before I took it. The sales guy “Mo” said it wasn’t his job to deal with things like that regarding the servicing of any vehicle, that he’s “just the sales guy,” Mo’s words. So the sales staff there don’t care and apparently isn’t their job to know about their cars and will sell you a vehicle no matter the condition. Mind you I’m a very young women who drives the interstate every day and easily could’ve been crushed to pieces just like that… But the dealership didn’t care. They even argued with me over the repairs and whether they’ll cover the cost. Hundreds in repairs and never reimbursed. Thanks for risking a young girl’s life, allowing her to drive off your lot with the dangerous conditions that the car was in. It stopped continuously while driving the vehicle… can’t get any worse than that honestly. I would’ve been dead. Oh! Forgot to mention the brakes are xxxx and also need repairs but I didn’t have the money for that… don’t worry I reported the dealership to the Federal Trade Commission and the Better Business Bureau.

Take pride in your product.

I stopped in to look at and test drive a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder. Upon inspecting the interior of the vehicle, I found sticky residue inside the center console, large holes in the carpet on the front passenger floor, the center console gear identifiers were full of debris. The interior smelled of women's cologne. The overall appearance of the vehicle is not one that I would take pride in. The GM's response was that they send the vehicles out for detailing. So, they received it back and accepted the the poor work, which I assume they paid for. I was to disappointed to inspect under the hood. But if this is the condition of the interior, I can only image the condition under the hood.
