Terrible customer service, they don’t greet you unless you pull up to them directly. Emailing them is worse, they don’t keep track well enough to be of any use. Also will try to scam you out of all your money, do your research if you decide to come here and be ready to pay a lot of money for a not very well taken care of, lemon car.

I looked at a 2003 Honda Accord V-6 on their lot.
I looked at a 2003 Honda Accord V-6 on their lot. After doing some VIN research I found the vehicle information listed on AutoCheck and CarMax was different than what the dealer had provided on the listing. Important details like claiming the vehicle had never been in an accident when it has. At this point I don’t trust this dealership and recommend other potential buyers to head elsewhere. Listen to the other reviews and stay clear of this place.

Buyers beware ! !
They advertised a car as clean, reliable and would not disappoint ! I paid to have this car delivered to me and the first thing I noticed was a ticking / knocking sound coming from the engine and it's been at the Hyundai dealership ever since and they're telling me it needs a new engine and the warranty company only wants to pay $2,500 on a $8,000 engine ! The salesperson lied about everything concerning this car and I'm exploring my legal options now ! I do not recommend anyone buying a car from these people !

UNREAL. 48k mile car. Their response. Read it.
This was my email to them: I went over the Carfax. Some questions, Besides price and taxes, what other fees are associated with this purchase? What non-factory items have been installed on the car? What is your return policy after purchase and what is your repair policy in the event I find something wrong with the car? What inspection process did you do on the car, and what items did you fix to make it retail ready? Their reply: No return, you can take the car some mechanical shop for inspección and put brakes. Their follow up email: I think is better for you to get a brand new car 2023! They should NOT be in business...

Teach people like this a lesson.
I have never heard of a place having such poor customer service. This place gets their cars from auctions and slaps lipstick on it, clears the engine lights so once you leave their property all issues fall on you.

They sell Lemons with attitude!
I bought a Nissan Murano from this place after 3 days I noticed the gasometer didn’t work. I fill up the car and it goes to E. Then when the check engine like comes on and stays on by day 4. I told the dealer all of my issues. He pushes me off with his nonchalant attitude and tells me the solution is to defer the payment and let me pay for repairs myself. I went to the place Julio authorized and not only was it $183 for diagnostic check. It was over $1100 of issues to be repaired which was clear to me and the mechanic that they rigged the check engine light for emissions to sell the car. The mechanic made it clear that it’s illegal to sell the car with a check engine light. So instead of him being reasonable to pay for half the repairs as I offered he chose to argue with me. So so returned the car and they refunded me my down payment of $2500

RUN!!! Keep looking elsewhere.
DO NOT TRUST THEM! Engine light went on after owning it for 3 hours. Told them about it and they didn’t care. Took it to a shop who had to take the whole inside apart to find out the car was fixed with duck tape. Spent an extra 4,000 to fix the vehicle. They have connections to get their cars to pass emissions testing, please don’t waste your money on these guys. If you do remember to keep extra for issues that will happen within hours of buying.

Definitely tried to get over on me
I’m glad I know about tags and title fees. I mean overall they are very nice people. The man however he’s nice but the listing price for a car on here and on their website for for $5,400. I was cool with that price. Especially paying cash. Then he had a nerve to say plus fees for the title and tags would bring the total to $6,500. Then tried to pass along another car worth 4,999 but everything was included same price and that car definitely was a lemon. Took my money elsewhere. Got the Same car only a 2013 and paid same price as their listing price. With tags and title fees

THEY RESET CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON MY VEHICLE
THE TRANSMISSION WENT OUT NOT EVEN A MONTH AFTER I BOUGHT IT!!! I CALLED AND THEY REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I HAD TO PAY 4K TO HAVE THE TRANSMISSION FIXED. I AM BEYOND LIVID. I AM GOING TO LEAVE THIS EXACT REVIEW EVERYWHERE I CAN BECAUSE THEY ARE A SLIMEY COMPANY AND THEY DON’T DESERVE ANY BUSINESS. I BELIEVE THAT THEY RESETTHE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IN ORDER TO AVOID ANYONE SEEING THAT THE TRANSMISSION WAS FAILING!
