Here’s a strong and honest Yelp review you can post about your experience with Car Outlet Factory: --- ⭐☆☆☆☆ Stay FAR Away from Car Outlet Factory – Worst Dealer Experience of My Life I purchased a vehicle from Car Outlet Factory on February 25, 2025, and it's now mid-June—I still don’t have license plates or registration. My temporary tags expired on June 6, and I can’t even legally drive the vehicle I’m paying for. That means I'm missing out on thousands of dollars in business each week because I run a courier company and rely on this van to work. They didn’t send me the title registration paperwork until April 29—over 60 days after the sale. Then they had the nerve to pre-fill the wrong date (the day of purchase) on the documents, and when I correctly signed with the actual date, they rejected it and told me to backdate a notarized legal document. That’s shady and borderline fraudulent. Even worse, after all this, they didn’t send the paperwork to the DMV until May 30—more than 90 days after I bought the vehicle, which violates Florida law (you’re supposed to register within 30 days). I called 50 States DMV Services, and they confirmed all of this. They’ve lied about timelines, made excuse after excuse, and have zero accountability. Their negligence has cost me $3,500–$5,000 a week and counting. I’ve filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney General, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and their surety bond provider. If you value your time, money, and sanity, do yourself a favor and don’t buy anything from this place. They’ll leave you hanging and then blame you for their mistakes. Unprofessional fraudsters. Lazy junkies maybe on drugs or just negligence.

I purchased a vehicle from Car Outlet Factory in February

I purchased a vehicle from Car Outlet Factory in February 2025, and it's now June, and I still don’t have plates or registration. My temporary tags expired on June 6, and the dealership has done nothing but give me the runaround. I run a delivery business, so being unable to drive legally is costing me $3,500 to $5,000 per week. I didn’t even receive the title registration paperwork until April 29—way past the legal 30-day window required in Florida. The dealership pre-filled the paperwork with the wrong date (my purchase date), and when I corrected it with the actual date I signed (as legally required), they returned it to me and told me not to cross it out—which is basically asking me to commit document fraud. I later complied and re-signed everything properly, but I spoke with 50 States DMV Services, and they told me Car Outlet Factory didn’t send the paperwork to them until May 30—more than 90 days after I bought the car. Now I’ve been told I won’t get my plates until July 1. This is complete negligence and a violation of Florida law. I’ve already submitted complaints to the Florida Attorney General, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and I’m filing a claim against their surety bond. I also have proof that contractors I work with don’t accept temporary tags, which makes this situation even more damaging. This dealership has terrible communication, misleads customers, and has no regard for your time, your money, or the law. If you’re thinking of buying from here, do yourself a favor and run the other way.

I’ve been calling and emailing these people for almost

I’ve been calling and emailing these people for almost two years so that they can pay back my gap insurance. The calls go to the voicemail. After 3 months, I received a reply to my email asking for a pay off letter from the bank. I sent the payoff letter but since then, no response. I tried to call to no avail. No one picks up your phone call and no one return your call. Terrible dealership. They act like scammers.

Says online a certain price then they definitely add

Says online a certain price then they definitely add $5,000 worth of fees that aren’t legit, service fee but then I had to get the car serviced 2 weeks later. Then they have lifetime warranty that they barely let you use, unless you’re willing to go 2 weeks with no car. Complete joke

Hopefully you read this before you spend your money with

Hopefully you read this before you spend your money with this very dishonest group. I can tell you that the bad reviews they have are legit. As I have experienced it first hand. I'm sure they will reply apologizing and asking that we call them. But they refuse to answer or call me back now. It's part of the show. Don't believe the xx. My wife and I purchased a vehicle for our teenage son. It truly started great. I bragged about the service, until 24hrs pasted and the check engine light came on. They quickly asked me to drop off the vehicle for a day and said it was repaired. I was amazed that they responded so quickly. That only last another day and the check engine light returned. This has gone on for a month and a half and 5 visits of wasted time to only have the light reset. When you call for service they connect you with your salesperson which Is trained well to lie, delay, and avoid you. A tried to contact other locations to speak with and anyone manager that would honor what they advertise but the calls go to a central hub so they would not transfer me. Instead they said that the Manager Geovanni was on vacation for the next 2 weeks. Amazingly the salesman Leo (which means Lion or Lying in this case) was also on vacation. I finally received a call from a different manager or so he claimed (Jose) he seemed helpful and requested I bring the vehicle back for the fifth time. So I did again just wanting the to fix the issue with a timing sensor that caused the light. when I arrived they did as trained, and told me that Jose was out sick by Leo. But low and behold with bad timing Jose walks out to speak with their next victim and noticed that I notice him. Once again I leave the vehicle and once again it was short lived. Keep in mind that I originally requested returning the vehicle after the second attempt and well within the 7 day return policy they obviously don't honor either. They promised that they would fix it. Or as Jose says "Sir we have too. It's our commitment" At this point I will be having the vehicle repaired by another mechanic. At my expense. All I can hope is that future customers read this and the other reviews that show a pattern and they spend their money at a more honest dealership. Jose and Leo thank for wasting much of my time. I must say your teams ability to band together and screw over a customer is top notch from top to bottom. May the universe return the energy. And customers if you don't believe me read the other bad reviews. If I did I could have avoided all of this. Toby and Sandra V.

All I can say is if you take the time to read their response to reviews. You will see that they can’t even take the time to actually respond. Copy and paste response. lLOL. They one have 2 preset. Lazy with the lies.
