It is very had to reach the service department, phone

It is very had to reach the service department, phone rings and rings. I have always had to call for update. Dave was very nice and polite once I reached him. I really want to give five stars, but it is very had to do so. I have had several issues with my car from the week after I purchased it, had to have the engine replaced before it even reached 5,000 miles. I don't even have 10,000 miles on it yet and it will be 3 years old in January. I hope next time I will be able to give 5 stars and hoping next time isn't anytime soon.

A typical car buying experience

This is a tough time to buy a car! My 2022 Sorento Hybrid was totaled in an accident. Because I had a good experience when I bought it, I went back to Jenkins in Crystal River. JR and Randy were very professional. JR worked with me on the price. I thought it was too much over sticker, but welcome to the new world. Randy was able to drive me back and forth to the dealership. My only regret was we needed to learn more about the vehicle’s features. It was more my fault than theirs, so I plan on returning to get a lesson when I’m feeling better.
