Charlie was very professional and was wonderful in

Charlie was very professional and was wonderful in helping me choose a car without being pushy. However, Charlie had to leave and set me up with a newer coworker who was not nearly as helpful. While he was friendly at times, I found his to be very patronizing. For example, he thought it was necessary to quiz me on the simple operations of my new car, such as ‘what is this called’ referencing the parking break, or ‘do you know what cruise control does’. I found this behavior very irritating, given that I am a grown woman who has been driving for long enough to know these things, along with the fact that I was late for a meeting because I was told it would be another 30 mins and it took 2 hours to finish up with the second gentleman. I do not recall his name, but he obviously needs some more training before working with customers on his own.

Again known shorts and my car has been acting a fool

Again known shorts and my car has been acting a fool electronic wise and warranty isn't gonna last forever and I don't wanna start new payments. It's stressful and I'm sure they are tired of seeing my car as well. I'm a realist.

I've never been to a dealership who so consistently does

I attempted several times to schedule by text per their

I attempted several times to schedule by text per their website stating it’s the preferred method, no response. I called several times to schedule and the phone would just ring. The communication with the repair shop was vague or non responsive. The customer service rep appeared annoyed when I would inquire about my cars repair. Truly disappointing!

I have had several services done with this dealership

I have had several services done with this dealership with great results every time. The service department has always been friendly and informative. My wait is usually what I’m told it will be. I’m always very satisfied with my service. Angelica Marcial is always very personable, which makes me feel comfortable with my visit.
