My car was completed in a timely manner.

My car was completed in a timely manner. It was cleaner after I picked it up than when I dropped it off. Staff was friendly.

Friendly.

Friendly. Everyone treats me right. The service does a good job. Takes about an hour for oil change and tire rotation but they do a multipoint check and wash the car, so that is likely the reason for the hour or more. Clean facilities and coffee with tv to help occupy your time. Pricing is fair by todays standards.

Charlie was very professional and was wonderful in

Charlie was very professional and was wonderful in helping me choose a car without being pushy. However, Charlie had to leave and set me up with a newer coworker who was not nearly as helpful. While he was friendly at times, I found his to be very patronizing. For example, he thought it was necessary to quiz me on the simple operations of my new car, such as ‘what is this called’ referencing the parking break, or ‘do you know what cruise control does’. I found this behavior very irritating, given that I am a grown woman who has been driving for long enough to know these things, along with the fact that I was late for a meeting because I was told it would be another 30 mins and it took 2 hours to finish up with the second gentleman. I do not recall his name, but he obviously needs some more training before working with customers on his own.

Again known shorts and my car has been acting a fool

Again known shorts and my car has been acting a fool electronic wise and warranty isn't gonna last forever and I don't wanna start new payments. It's stressful and I'm sure they are tired of seeing my car as well. I'm a realist.
