Review of Experience
I have had unfailingly good relationships with Fucillo, and this was continued through my latest experience - a lease. I bought my very first new car 12 years ago from Fucillo but, after a fashion, I began to have problems with the service department that were ongoing. However, I wrote a detailed letter to Mr. Fucillo describing the situations, named everyone involved, and, by the next time I had occasion to have my car serviced, every one of my complaints had been taken care of - permanently - and I've never had another occurrence of poor service, somewhat less than professional treatment, or anything else untoward, for which I credit entirely Mr. Fucillo's ability and willingness to listen to his customers, and to act upon what he learns. Fuccillo is excellent!
As a first time car leaser I cannot put into words how helpful Kerry Shanahan and Ryan Joslin were. The service they provided was above and beyond. Kerry took his time to explain every detail of my lease agreement to me. Ryan was more than accommodating and ensured I left the dealership as happy as I could. Truly, Kerry and Ryan secured my business as Fuccillo. I work at Syracuse University and many of my students ask where to get a new car- I have recommend Fuccillo every time.

They Did More Than Expected!
I came in to have a tie rod replaced and they also took care of two recalls which gave me a free oil change. If that wasn't enough they washed my car too!

Excellent buying experience

Accent
Good. Was able to get me financed for a decent monthly amount even with my horrible credit. I had a small issue with something but it's over and done but I needed a 25 word minimum.
