When I go to Fuccillo for repairs, I am secure that all mechanical needs will be addressed thoroughly. I love that they wash my car after servicing and offer bottled water!

Disappointed with my experience
I was Josh's first customer that he sold a car to. There was nothing fun about my experience of leasing this vehicle. Nothing was explained to me about this car. I came into the dealership because I have purchased my last 4 cars from Billy Fuccillo. Thankfully I traded in a Elantra so I knew a lot about this car because Josh knew nothing. Maybe with some experience he will become more aggressive and outgoing. Thankfully 2 other sales men stepped in to help a few times. When I came into the dealership I did not have my title with me, Josh told me to bring it back within the next few days. When I brought my title back 2 days later I was told it was too late, I'm out $50 and there nothing they can do. May I suggest in the future customers are not told this. $50 might not mean much to some people but to me it means a lot. My experience with Fuccillo Hyundai this time has left me disappointed and sad because I have always loved buying cars from Billy.

my new car
So far (2 weeks in) I really like my new car and am pleased I purchased it. I have never purchased a new car all by myself before and did a lot of research before going to the dealership. My late husband and I have been dealing with for Fuccillo for 20 years and have never been disappointed.

excellent experience at Fuscillo. they are very willing to negotiate and show great care in their customers satisfaction. staff is friendly and courteous. not the usual pushy salesman experience. straight forward answers and a desire to customize service to the customers needs.
