Really great service down to the wash job. The counter folk were superb and looking forward to seeing me next oil change. Always fun to intercact with the sales staff also.

I bought a 2000 Ranger from you in Dec 2012. Last year about this time I had the driver side power window switch replaced as it had stopped working. It stopped working again recently so I brought it in without an appointment as rain was imminent. To my surprise, the service department took it in immediately! The switch had fallen inside the door housing from frustrated pushing; it was held in place by insufficient plastic clips. They screwed it on at my insistence. They told me it was now working but may quit at any time and that they would have to explore wiring problems or relay problems. I contend it is a poorly designed switch as I could hold the switch in my hand, wiggle the wire and it would work. Now it has quit again. Again, I took the switch out, held it in my hand, wiggled the switch and again, it worked. It always works when I wiggle the wire in the switch. I hope they will believe me this time and repair or replace the switch when I call them on Monday. Sincerely, Richard D. Cole

Re: Hyundai Accent GS Purchase

I am very satisfied with the salesmanship relationship with Columbia Ford-Lincoln. My new Hyundai Accent GS is an excellent purchase. Kathy Holden took good care of me; and I hope to continue the relationship of friendly service I received. She made me feel very comfortable through the entire process, and of course the others that welcome me and are ready to help me with any and all reasons I come in for. Even if it is such a problem as to figure out how to run the windshield wipers. Thank you for re-establishing a much needed place for a car dealership in my list of trust-worthy businesses to deal with. I feel it was entirely worth my time spent. Sincerely, Marie Bottomley

I ;found the web page for booking service to be poor to useless, nd eventually used the phone to book. Staff was polite and helpful and the technician was very clear and careful that I understood what problems had been found, why they needed to be repaired, and the cost.
