Nice work

You worked on my car in a timely fashion . The wait was only about 45 minutes.

Great service

It was a great experience was in and out of there. Didn't take much time at all. And a month later my battery died and even though it wasn't a ford the looked at it and fixed it for me. I would definitely go back there.

My wife appreciates the ride to and from work while we get our cars serviced. It is also nice to get a clean car back.

Great Service

I dropped by Columbia Ford without an appointment to see if someone could check my 2014 CMax Hybrid because of a very loud bang that I had heard. And, I also thought the vehicle was out of alignment. They offered to work-in my car to see if they could diagnose the problem. I was able to leave it and also get a loaner for overnight. This means a lot to me. Columbia has always treated me with respect and they care about serving their customers. The noise problem was never found but the alignment was done and I am happy with that.

My truck blower issue repair

Everyone was very nice and responsive. Unfortunately they were not able to solve the issue with our truck. It is still there.
