I have tried multiple times to call for some follow up
I have tried multiple times to call for some follow up questions regarding my service provided on Sept 3rd with no response. I called and left voicemails and called to sit on hold for 10 mins with no answer or voicemail before hanging up to go to an appt. Very disappointed in the follow up. I did have to get something from the parts dept and they were very accommodating and wonderful service, but going in for a basic oil change to wait for 2 hours was a little ridiculous.

This was my first time visiting the KIA service
This was my first time visiting the KIA service department with out 2015 Sorento and Jamie treated me like a VIP. Jamie kept me informed during my visit and my Sorento was done when he told me it would be. I will definitely recommend KIA’s service department to others. Thanks Jamie

Teagan was professional and meant my requests.
Teagan was professional and meant my requests.. everyone involved was very pleasant. Of course I would have liked more of a trade in value for my vehicle, or some sort of discount for paying cash, but I am satisfied.

The service is great.
The service is great. They always take a video to show you exactly what is going on with your vehicle. Price is a bit high. But then again, every is up in this economy.
