Always welcomed and greeted by name, very professional, realistic on time frame given (usually faster than they say which is a bonus), and very thorough in their questioning and diagnostic process.

People are friendly and helpful when you go for service.

People are friendly and helpful when you go for service. However I bought my vehicle brand new with the great Kia warranty, however now that’s it’s burning excessive oil between oil changes, they don’t want to do anything about it. I constantly have to keep adding oil in between changes. When I asked about this, they stated Kia doesn’t see this as a problem. Friends of mine have the same vehicle and had to get a new motor after it blew up. I’m almost at 90,000 miles and warranty is up at 100,000 so I hope nothing happens after the warranty is up. Love the vehicle otherwise but wish they would hold up to the warranty and fix things when they are arising.

It was a great experience.

It was a great experience. Teagan was great to work with. They had exactly what we were looking for, answered all our questions, offered a good price for our trade in, and we drove a new car home the same day.

I have purchased several vehicles over the past few years

I have purchased several vehicles over the past few years from the dealership and could not be happier with the sales experience as well as the service on those vehicles purchased. The management, sales, and service team members are not only professional, but just nice people to be around. They really do focus on what the customer wants and not what they have to sell. The entire experience was top notch: Nate was extremely

The entire experience was top notch: Nate was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout he entire process of upgrading our lease into a fantastic new vehicle, the administrative paperwork was prepped and ready to go, which prioritized our time, and we felt that our needs and goals were always being fulfilled.

Caught them trying to get me chang my break pads in rear

Caught them trying to get me chang my break pads in rear with a video staying they were yellow claiming to be at 3 and 4 and they claimed it back in fall check up and spring check up holding on you will need $527 new rear pads I went to Tire plus see if I can get it done cheaper fine out my pads were 7 still good and did not need it I went back guess what I will get free when time comes because caught on all my paper work be careful who can we trust my Kia soul 2021 only has a little over 32,000 miles on it only so be careful new car buyers apparently buying a car isn't just all you're going to pay for.
