This is an addition to my previous review.

This is an addition to my previous review. I can’t figure out how to edit it. I was talked into a warranty by a pushy salesman. Decided to cancel the day after, less than 24 hours after purchase. Was told I’d get a full refund for the warranty. 2 weeks later it still hadn’t come so I called again. “It’s coming” was what I was told. Finally 3 weeks after I canceled it I got… less than half the refund. Called again. Was told it would probably come the end of the month. Well, I called again to ask for the manager. Left a message with him and 2 days later the rest of the refund showed up. 5 days after the first part of the refund. Do not recccomend getting a car here! They lie and try not to give refunds.

No longer a customer

2021 Equinox with hood corrosion. Manager, sales person and warranty person said no warranty. Called Onalaska and there is a 5 year warranty. Took many calls to Sparta to even call us back.

Everything but the cookies.

If I had to find something to complain about, it would be that the snickerdoodle cookies in the lounge area were not as soft as I would have liked. I will continue to return to Brenengen Sparta to have my truck serviced as long as I live here.

great experience

I came in regarding a car that was on cars.com over the weekend. It wasnt available but the sales person that helped me was very nice, not pushy and seemed straight forward. I appreciated being treated with respect and consideration.

Are You Serious!

I saw a $45,000 Corvette on Cars.com. Everything looked good so I drove 2 hours to look at it. I even made arrangements to drive it home that day. Not until I got there did they disclose it was a Lemon Law GM buyback car. Still interested, I wanted to try it out. The battery was dead. I was told there are so many electronics in a Corvette that they won't hold a charge for even a few weeks. Seriously! Then they said their Sales Manager wouldn't let the car go outside for a test drive even though it was a beautiful day. Salt on the road was 1st reason, then Sales Manager said no one that buys a Corvette from them test drives it before buying. Seriously! Don't know what their or the car's issues are, but they should be honest and not sound stupid!

Brain Schauf Made My Buying Experience Fun

It was a long day, but well worth it thanks to Brian Schauf at Brenengen Chevrolet in Sparta, WI. He is a very knowledgeable sales rep, with a laid back personality. Makes you feel at ease during the long car buying process, and is always sure to keep checking on you even when he is busy! Was my first time buying a newer used car, and Brian made it memorable! ?
