Extremely Unprofessional Experience at Jaguar Land Rover San Jose I am deeply disappointed and shocked by the behavior of a sales representative Josh Hernandez during my recent visit to Jaguar Land Rover San Jose. We currently own a Jaguar as our primary car, and we came in to check out the Jaguar F-Pace. While the representative initially showed us the car, the experience quickly turned negative: - During the discussion, he pushed unnecessary add-ons and became rude and offensive when we questioned the details. - When we made it clear that we weren’t ready to finalize a deal, he aggressively said “goodbuy” and threw the car key at us- behavior that was completely unacceptable. - At the end, when we asked for his name, he refused to give his real name and instead claimed his name was “Michael.” He then handed us a business card belonging to someone else (Anthony Dugger), which felt ridiculous. It’s shocking to see such treatment at a dealership representing a premium brand like Jaguar. This experience left us feeling insulted, disrespected, and unwelcome.

As seniors also, we were very pleased with the finance manager, sales woman and sales manger who were courteous, professional and thoughtful of our time and efforts to make a visit and purchase.

Don’t deal with Ray G.
Don’t deal with Ray G. He lies over the phone and lies in person in front of his manager over what he told me. Broke his commitment and wasted my time.

Negative star would be better
Terrible service. The service advisor Adrian is awful. But it sounds like everyone thinks this dealership is awful. Bad service is one thing. Bad service with an attitude is another. Bough a $100K car and got treated worse then when I bought my $5k Mitsubishi 40 years ago. Don’t get your car serviced here.

Great team!
Today I decided to get a new car, so I dropped by and was immeditaley welcomed by MAX L. He walked me through all the different options that I had, and we picked one out within minutes. He was very professional, easy to talk with, and knew all the specs and technically with all the cars. I test drove the F Pace(my favorite) and decided that I wanted to purchase it! I worked with him, and then OSCAR M. to do all my paperwork. He was also very professional and we had a great conversation while getting all the numbers to meet what I was asking/hoping for! I am VERY HAPPY with my experience with Jaguar/LR, and will say that you will receive amazing customer service(5 star) from the entire team! Thank you for your help Max & Oscar! I love my car!!

I don't know who's been writing past reviews for Jaguar Stevens Creek, but I can state as a very satisfied customer In June 2021 that the sales, service, parts and finance staff along with excellent management are nothing less than terrific! I bought a new F-PACE P400 suv from saleslady Josie who took me on a test drive and spent hours with me explaining the many features this outstanding vehicle has. The suv came with 22-inch wheels with Pirellis along with electric telescopic steering and many other extras. I've had to return to the dealership many times over the 3 weeks since buying the suv to ask about the InControl system and each time I come by the staff welcomes me and gives me attentive service. Other sales staff have been very helpful, in particular Brandon Covey and finance staffer Oscar. Another finance staffer, Resa, has been very helpful. I also want to mention Eric, the dealership's computer expert and Service Manager Adrian. I would recommend ANYONE who wants a new Jaguar or Land Rover to visit Jaguar Stevens Creek!

Scheduled appointment
I set an appointment for Friday 06/19/20 at 10am. So I came by to drop off one of my Jag's one day before 06/18/2020 the scheduled appointment and my service advisor was Sam Moses. When I came in to drop it off I asked for Sam. He came out and asked if I have an appointment and I said yes but he said he couldn't find one and just turned his back started to walk away from me and stating he doesn't have any time for me? What kind of attitude is that towards not just me but any Jaguar customer. I don't understand why SJ Jaguar hires anyone that can't be bothered to be polite and not turn their back on a customer. I was embarrassed and felt belittled by the way he treated me. I came in to have some service done not to be treated like trash. Sincerely, Ron S.

Terrible dealership but I also thing it is a terrible car...
Terrible dealership but I also thing it is a terrible car manufacturer. I made the biggest mistake leasing a Jag. Never will I or anyone I know will I allow them the mistake of buying a Jag in my life time and hopefully my kids, nephew and nieces will ensure no one makes the mistake of buying one in their generation. No one cares all the way up to the dealer director and even corporate.
