Hello Bearsgirl2009, It is very apparent that you are on the same pages as the other reviewer who did not enjoy our business hours. It is more likely you have already read my reply to stoppy10 who also did not like our business hours of Monday-Friday as stated on the the pages of Dealer Rater. May be that reviewer or you are the same person with a different screen name? . Well there are choices to be made here on the pages of the Dealer rater as they make it very easy for you to share your opinion. It seems that we receive our negative reviews from the consumer who have seen our vehicles on third party web site providers such Cars.com, However, never purchased a vehicle from us, yet they did not even make it to our facility. There fore you are so far away from the positive facts about us as individuals who make a great team at Lexdan Automotive. Thus you never made it to our facility yet share your dissatisfaction with the rest of the world without giving us the opportunity to make it right for you by extending our business hoursbased on your special request.. Yet you were not under any obligation to do so in any circumstances, It is also your right to say what you feel based on your experience regarding our business hours. We also reserve the right to share our opinion about this matter as well. Most of the nation is in recognition the many industries are changing as it became very common to purchase a vehicle on line even have it delivered to you at your door steps by many nationally recognized companies. Thus we are a small company with a hand full of inventory, We have decided to keep hours within the week days and have a weekend off as many of the working class people do as the rest of the country within the many other industries I can mention. We decided to do so because we already work ten to twelve hour days and we feel that we deserve to spend the left over weekends with our families. We apologize this decision has inconvenienced you and it is the cause of not having a chance to present our vehicle and our company to you in the efforts of earning your business. Mostly you complain about our business hours as you never made the effort to give us the option of discovering your dissatisfaction or sharing your opinion with us about our business hours. Well as you mention you don't understand how a car dealership could only open Monday-Friday. You don't need to understand because we understand our reasons.

Mr. Z, I sincerely apologize for not meeting your expectations in overall quality service and care. However, everyone reading these sentences should know , It is not our business practice to create a vehicle sale contract , finance and ship a vehicle two states away within a day or two. Based on my research Jason notified you we do not offer vehicle financing for Indiana residents. In this particular case he suggested that you obtain your own financing from a bank close to your residence .You did not reply back about two weeks after this notification.. During this time we made a price adjustment to our vehicle ( 2014 Toyota Tundra 1794) Thus this never changed the fact of your original complaint that we can not provide you outsource financing due you the fact Indiana was outside of the zone our lenders financing area. After such time passed you became interested on the same vehicle again. We a re a small company., Therefore, we do not have the resource of a national lender available.. We have five credit unions who offer financing for Wisconsin and neighboring states such as Illinois and Minnesota. We have been happy about this arrangement as these credit unions offer very favorable terms of financing to our valued customers. I am puzzled why this topic or the conversation resulted of your displaying these harsh words about our company. You never visited our facility yet you managed to rate our facility as 1 star on a scale one to five of course 5 being the best. You never had a vehicle service or repair experience with our company ,yet you also rated the Quality of repair section as 1 star on a scale One to Five. About our reviews ? How can you possibly make up the sentence as " Look past fake reviews " as you don't know anything about us? You also make a comment Our company " is a No Where place". How can you defend validity of such words when you have not been at our facility at all yet all your communication has been by email or phone. Well because your review is nothing other than a negative come back to the news that you received which did not meet your fancy. Because your expectations of financing and having a vehicle delivered to your door within the same day or next day is not part of our business practice unless the buyer has been at our facility viewed and test driven the subject vehicle.. We will assist any buyer with the transportation of the vehicle as such term have been met. Hello Stoppy10 , I appreciate your on line complaint on the pages of Dealer rater and Cars.com, We are a small company with limited personnel operating with pride and at most interest in our valued customers. Because we work from 9am -7pm Monday-Friday and not have a day off during the week, We have decided to be closed on Saturdays.to be with our Families. We as a team deeply apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. Frankly, you are the first customer who has complained about our schedule yet wrote a negative review about it. Of course it is your right to share your disappointment with the rest of the readers.. As far as how we can keep these hours and keep selling vehicles being closed on Saturdays ? Well you may need to read our online reviews to see the feedback from the customers who actually made the effort to come to our facility and made a purchase. We often made schedule changes by staying open late for some customers at their request. Besides that, I myself have a successful courier in the automotive sales industry for the last thirty five years. So during the business hours we work on attending to the needs and wants of our customers whether they are at our facility or not. I wish you reached out to relate your concern regarding the schedule to us so we could work in accommodating to your schedule by providing extended hours for you. I did reach out and was told those were your hours. No offer was made to accommodate otherwise. It just didn’t work for me. But i can appreciate your decisions if it works for you
