They don't respond to inquiries. No one answers the phone. Definitely do not recommend. If they can't be bothered to answer the phone or respond to emails then they certainly cannot be a trustworthy dealership.

Hello KMM, It has been along time since we talked about the Fiat 500. You and I spoke on the phone about your purchase of the 2013 Fiat 500 Convertible. We are a small company with short staff. Sometimes we may miss a phone call because we are attending other customers. However, if a voice message left we return every call to accommodate the caller. In tis case that is exactly what we did. Next morning I emailed you pictures of the front bumper tow bar. Because you stated this vehicle would be used to be towed behind a motor home. You were happy it already had the tow bar in the front of the bumper. You wanted to see close up pictures of the front bumper and the tow bar to validate if it would be a right fit for your motor home trailer mounts. The proof of my contact is listed below. I censored your email address from public view. When I followed up with you again on the phone you claimed you never received the email. At that time I notified you with the time stamped of the email. I hope you will remember the conversation which will result with your removal of the negative review from the pages of Dealer Rater and Cars.com. If you choose to leave it, I would understand it is your right to do what you wish. However, I would like to let every one else who sees this negative review to be notified that it is a unjustified and unfair review of our company..
