No communication after receiving payment.

Purchased a vehicle back in January of 2022. When I didn't hear back about my plates I contacted them in February with no response. Again in March so I went to my DMV which said they came in back in February. With that info I tried to reach out to them again to no avail. They wouldn't respond until I mentioned that I may need to file a complaint. Supposedly got the owners number who read my message with no response. As you can see this has been a months long battle of little to no communication after they received my money. Its a little dealership on Sprague which is full of dealerships. How hard is it to respond or reach out when there's only a couple employees? If you're car shopping and make a list of where to visit on a given day, just skip them. It will save you a headache and time.

Great experience buying my chrysler 300

Got my 300 from legacy and plan on going back for my next car when I'm ready. Very friendly staff . Treated like family. Deffintly recommend buying from them I've actually sent several people I know who were looking for a car.

Amazing car, Amazing deal!!!

I went there looking for a deal and got a great one. My credit isnt the best but they were able to get me financed as well as get me an 18 month service contract. I highly recommend this car lot. The customer service is great with Very friendly environment.

Great customer service and inventory

Really went above and beyond to get me financed when no one else could. Could not be happier. Will defiantly be recommending them to friends and family. A lot of used car lots have a bad rep but these guys are defiantly not the same. Thank you Legacy Auto!

Worst dealership I’ve dealt with in my entire life

Won’t get any stars from me only thing I’d give u two stars for is promising the delivery of the car then give us a car with steel showing in two tires promised to help pay for one couldn’t even do that wouldn’t trust ur word if u we’re the last person on earth then two days after check engine light comes on and the battery cable came off in our hand couldn’t even pay back that I could have charged u for all four tires but all I asked for is one $75.00 apparently that’s to much still haven’t even gotten our tags like someone else I seen happened to then u screen ur calls won’t answer your text I use *67 and walla u answer ur lots phone I call from my daughters phone u answer weirdest dealership I’ve ever dealt with u say ur customers are like family I hate to see how u treat ur family cause mine doesn’t do that to each other

Thank you for your feedback. We brought the vehicle to you two hours out of tow. After weeks of getting you approved for your loan. We brought it to you to inspect which we gave you time to do. We did not see the wires in it but took your word they were there. So we offers to pay for the tire but you never came to the dealership to pick up a check. I believe we have tried our best to assist you on buying a car and I am sorry we have not met your expectation. Thank you foe you business.
