I had excellent customer service at Spitzer Honda Euclid

I had excellent customer service at Spitzer Honda Euclid from Paul Herrin. He went above and beyond, agreeing to fix some damage to the used vehicle I was buying. Then when I realized I left some items in my trade-in, he had them overnighted to me!

Keirsten was absolutely wonderful.

Keirsten was absolutely wonderful. We were having problems with our tire pressure and she was so helpful. Checked each tire and filled the ones needing it. This is our second experience with Keirsten and she is an asset to Spitzer Honda.
