Great, down to earth dealership

James Perdziak was great. He was attentive to our needs and also a pleasure to work with. We initially saw a vehicle that didn’t work out, but he was diligent and followed up when a new one became available, which we eventually bought!

Excellent friendly service. Completed on time.

Brian Olenchik was an excellent customer service person. He was very thorough writing up my servuce order and kept me informed while I waited for my car to be completed.

Sara was amazing though my entire process of getting my new car. She made sure I was 100% satisfied and got me exactly what I wanted In a timely manner. She stayed in contact with me and made sure I was always notified about what was going on. I’m so happy with my new car.

Stands Apart from CLE-area Honda Stores

We looked at several Honda dealerships in the Cleveland area. Spitzer Honda stood apart. Sal came right out to greet us when we arrived, and Craig was a first class product specialist. Craig knew all about the vehicles we were looking for, and he stayed late to see us off after we bought. Sal was kind, honest, and efficient as we closed the good deal. Clean showroom, and all the staff were professional and friendly. We had our 5 kids with us, and the staff made sure we felt welcome.

The Best Locally

I have used another Honda Dealership 2 times. They don't compare in customer service or price to Spitzer Honda. The service staff is number one in my book. I only use them now.

Well done Mr. Olenchick & Mr. Spitzer

Brian Olenchick is definitely a credit to the service department of Mr. Spitzer’s Honda dealership in Euclid, Ohio! I visited there on last Tuesday, May 23, 2023, for a scheduled appointment for oil change & tire rotation; plus concerns about my 2021 Honda Civic Sport’s alignment after countless seasonal pothole encounters. Printout of digital diagnostic confirmed it- -a very handy tool ! We added an alignment to the list. Brian was businesslike and efficient, while also courteous and patient, as my service advisor. He kept me informed of the work’s progress. He gave attention to detail. He saw that my car got washed. The atmosphere while waiting in the showroom was peaceful; the staff, cheerful and helpful. A nice manager person was there to show me how the COLD water dispenser worked and that bottles of water were available in a tiny frige. A Parts department person went thru new floor mat choices and printed out a sheet of options that I requested. And the gentlewoman cashier made the final step as quick and painless as possible! This is like our 8th car purchased from this dealership. There is a reason for that - the staff. My sales girl Sara is a rockstar. She is always working to get you a fair deal - and she does what she promises. The sales, service and parts depts are always good to us. We will continue to shop at this facility as long as this staff is working there.
