Used car purchase

Had a great experience with Gary Norton when I purchased a Honda CR-V at the Spitzer Euclid location. He kept me updated through the entire process, including timely updates as to how soon I would meet with the finance department. I also left with a full tank of gas!

Very pleased!

I had not been to this dealership since they switched from being Rick Case to Spitzer. I have to say I was pleased and will continue getting service at Spitzer!

The woman who serviced me and significant other was Grace Mahovlich. She was really down to earth and easy going. She made a stressful process more easy. I will definitely recommend her . She has nice customer service skills, as well. Thank you Grace!!!

Took my 2022 Pilot in for a normal service. Jeromey Cummins the service advisor checked me in. He was cheerful, knowledgeable and professional. He was a real pleasure to work with.
