Stress-free car buying experience

Really pleased, which meant we bought sooner!

All the employees were pleasant and thorough. Our salesperson, Melissa Donovan, was AWESOME! Her enthusiasm for Honda, and her knowledge of her product and time she spent with us to help us make a decision made it easy for us to decide we didn't need to look any further! Howard Drake, the finance person, explained everything thoroughly, and got us the rate we were looking for. Thank you, Rick Case Honda!

Pleasant and efficient

I had a previous quote from a different dealer and the people at Rick Case really went the extra mile to get me a competitive rate and help me through the whole process. I would highly recommend using Rick Case for your car needs. Kevin Stewart is the gentleman that made my experience so pleasant and worth it.

Great Service

Although I live closer to another Honda dealer in Cleveland, I chose to go to Rick Case! Great service all around but particularly from the sales consultant and the financial guy. Leased a 2016 Honda Civic and will gladly return!

deceiving

I called inquiring about getting into a new lease early. I had an issue with my credit because of special circumstances, and other dealerships were soliciting me, telling me a new lease would improve my credit. I called Rick Case and explained my situation. It was determined that I wait until Fall. I was perfectly ok with this. A few days later, I received a call from sales person A (will not list names). I told her my situation, and she said she'd like to see what she can do. I filled out a credit application online. I did not receive a call back. The next day, sales person B called. I explained that I aleady talked to sales person A, and once again laid out my situation. I was told that my perfect payment history with Honda would be in my favor and that they could work something out. I explained that I had children at home and didn't want to waste my time bringing them in if they couldn't help. I was assured they could help, and was even told they have corporate in from Florida and they were trying to make as many deals as possible. Sales person B tried to get me to come in that day, but I had to wait a couple of days. He insisted I come in. I agreed, and paid a babysitter and went up there. Even though he told me my credit app was viewed by the manager and fine, once I came in it was an issue. I was told that I would not be approved for a new lease. When I explained my frustration, I was assured by the sales manager that he would help. He said he would call them when the leasing company opened and would call me back. Several hours passed and I called to check for update. There wasn't one. I was heading to work and said I can't receive calls after a certain time. He called me when I was at work, no message left. I called the next day, and get sales person C. Manager was out of the dealership that day, so sales person C said to give him 5-10 minutes and he would call me back. 6 hours later, I called for an update. I was told it was pending. Next thing I know, the finance manager called to tell me that while I was approved, my new lease would be triple what I am currently paying. I was up front about my situation, what I could pay, prefect payment history with the leasing company, took excellent care of my current lease, and get major run around. When I called the first time and got the honest answer to wait, I was satisfied. However, 2 sales people were more concerned with making a deal and impressing corporate, that they made false promises to get me in there. I will not be going back there when my lease is up. I'm so unhappy with the treatment I received. Customer service is not authentic.

New 2016 Honda Civic EX-L w/NAV

My sales person was William (Bill) Barton. He was very professional and explained my lease options in detail. I love my new Honda. In fact, I brought my daughter in today to see Bill and she drove a 2016 Honda Civic LX off the lot too. ;-)

Above average, but don't go there for an oil change.

I bought a new car there in 2013 and have been getting my oil changes there and have been happy with the service until I noticed they weren't rotating my tires during oil changes. Last time I was there, I asked the service rep why my tires didn't get rotated as they advertise with their oil changes and he said they only do it after they see wear on the tires. This is complete BS. Rotating tires is part of PREVENTATIVE maintenance. Once the damage is done, you can't reverse it, and now I have one tire that is bald and needs replacing and the rest are fine. Needles to say, I no longer get oil changes there.
