This is the third purchase I have made from Rick Case. I always get a good deal and have been treated like family from the first purchase. The service department goes above and beyond to take care of me and my vehicle at each visit. With this last purchase, I really felt rewarded for being a loyal customer

James Harris and Jeff Edge are fantastic. I recommend their services to everyone I know who is looking for a car, or just in need of a car for some reason or another. My Wife Marie had a 2009 ACCORD We traded for a 2012 ACCORD. At the same I TRADED My 2003 Pontiac for a 2012 CIVIC. Both BEAUTIFUL CARS. Then just today We traded the 2012 ACCORD for a VERY BEAUTIFUL 2013 ACCORD SPORT MODEL WOW its GREAT; and We traded OUR 2012 CIVIC for a BETTER MODEL 2012 CIVIC with a lot of extra Godies. Also My Aunt MyrtleH brought a Beauty. Its a 2012 ACCORD and She is very HAPPY with Her HONDA. VERY GOOD PLACE FOR ALL YOUR AUTOMOTIVE NEEDS!!! Get To RickCaseHonda AS Soon As POSSIBLE

My wife took our Honda Civic in for oil change. Didn't...

My wife took our Honda Civic in for oil change. Didn't purchase the Civic at this dealer, but took it to Rick Case because of how we where treated at the dealership we purchased it at. She called me at work and told me she was about to test drive a new car. I went to the dealership not because I didn't trust her, but because I didn't trust sales people. I have been around vehicle sales for 30 years and I know how it goes. I met with her and Michael Lesko in his office, and he gave us keys to the car she really liked and I thought we are not going to get this because it's out of our league. Michael said to test drive it anyway so we did. I didn't drive it very far because I didn't want to get hooked and couldn't get it. Michael let us drive several other vehicles and was very patient with us. When I told him we probably wouldn't be able to get the Crosstour, even though it was our favorite, he stayed calm and just smiled. I even think I ask him what he knew that we didn't. After it was all said and done, we drove home in our new Crosstour. Michael and finance was the reason we bought the car because I will absolutely not buy anything if the sales person isn't cool, even if it means sacrificing a better deal, which in this case we had a really awesome salesman, finance, and couldn't have gotten a better deal anywhere else. As a matter of fact, people might think I am crazy, but after the first of the year, I am going to trade in the Civic, even if I take a beating, just to have both cars associated with Rick Case and the staff. In conclusion, I can't say enough positive about the dealership, Michael Lesko, and the rest of the staff that we met there.

I met Michael Lesko while waiting for my car to be serviced and I ended up buying a new car from him. He has impecable integrity. You can trust that he will do what he says and that he is telling you the truth, not trying to sell you a car. I felt that he gave me an excellent trade in for my car. He was friendly, never pushy. He had excellent follow-up and called when he said he would. My overall experience with him was excellent and I highly recommend him.

I came in at the beginning of the summer to see if Honda had anything to offer me. Not only was I treated with the up most respect but I had a wonderful experience. Michael understood what I was looking for and never did he pressure me into buying a Honda. In fact he told me to look around, he was that confident in the brand he was selling. I did go to various dealerships after that however I noticed how disappointed I was in the quality and atmosphere of all those different dealerships. About 3 months later I went back and purchased a car from MIke. So far I have no regrets nor do I think I will ever have.

Dont not believe this Finance manager. Be Prepared with...

Dont not believe this Finance manager. Be Prepared with math when you are working this Lady. She projected wrong numbers while talking and made me to buy warranties for 3 Grand saying that if I buy that my rate will go down. Later When I am back home and did my math every thing she projected while talking is wrong. Now I dont have any documents to prove and she claims that she did not say that. She is unethical. I will not buy any other car from them nor I will refer to any other.

It's unfortunate that your rating only goes up to a 5. I have been procrastinating about getting a vehicle for over a year and not once did anyone at this dealership make me feel as though I was wasting their time. They always said when you are ready, let us know, we will do whatever we can to fit your needs. Mr. Carter kept in touch but not in a hassle kind of way. I was always jealous of people who had a relationship with a dealership that they utilized for many many years. I now hope to be in that same category. I love my Sonata and although I checked out numerous other dealerships, it was fate that brought me back to Mr. Carter, not knowing he had returned from being out ill, I just stopped in expecting to turn around because he had not returned back to work, so when I learned he was back I was not only excited about his recovery but that I was able to work back with someone who was honest and patient and no he did not pay me :)
