Website doesn't work, no one answers phone or returns phone calls. Customers were not acknowledged immediately. Service center was a little difficult to locate due to improper or few signs indicating the direction.

Honest service department

Ram truck 1500
I am satistified on the service by replacing the software to new one and new battery. Up to now I no longer experience the problem that I had before which can not start the engine.

Transmission warning light
Transmission light came on so we immediately brought the car to the service area. Our car was checked out and an update run on the computer and we were out in a short amount of time.

Horrible experience
In the 3 years I have had my jeep this was the worst experience ever!! Started off paying for a service I didn't get which was an oil change.. then it went to inconsistency of information. FROM NOW ON I WILL BE VERY HANDS ON WITH ALL MECHANICS BECAUSE BEING TOLD FALSE INFORMATION COVERED BY EXCUSES IS BAD FOR BUSINESS and VERY FRUSTRATING.
