It was my first time trying to purchase a car. Talking about worst experience ever. Just terrible communication, you can call prior before notifying you want to test drive the car on a certain day. Nobody will be there. When you do try to just contact them through email or call nobody replies for days sometimes a week! Then if you call too often, they may block your number!

Came to look for a car for my son that was advertised online.. We followed the sales guy looking for it and he left us behind outside. When we realized he left us outside we went in again he said It wasn’t on the lot and should be there in a few minutes. We said would come back in 20 min, he mumbled ok and we came back and the door was locked . It was 4.39 and supposed to be open until 6pm. Terrible communication, the office also smelled terrible by the way. If you are looking to buy a used car from a dodgy place this is the place to go! I never even went back.

Communicated my interest in a car they advertised. Was told via online chat that a "team member" would "contact me" first thing the nest morning and let me know if it was available. That was TWO days ago and no contact either by phone or email. Something doesn't add up with this dealership. I would tend to believe the negative reviews.

We planned to purchase a new car for our daughter. My husband went in and drove a car and negotiated a deal; the dealership told us they did not have the vehicle title yet and could not take a deposit because they could not legally sell it until title came in. No problem - they shook his hand and told us we'd be the first call when they got the title. We called at end of week, they said it would be in Wednesday and they could get it registered then. We called Monday to ask how they wanted the bank check for the car made out - no response from the salesman, who had given his cell phone number, or from the dealership main number. No reply to text, voicemail or call again on Tuesday. On Wednesday we looked on their website and the car was sold. Still have yet to respond to any of our messages and wasted our time - totally unprofessional.
