Courteous and professional service from the initial check-in to final check-out. The technician had a question on an issue I was having and asked me to the service bay to explain. This was a very good discussion by a very knowledgeable technician who gave me his honest thoughts, but left it up to me on how to proceed. His words "we want to make you happy, so we'll do whatever you like" pretty much summed up my experience. This is why I travel over an hour to Fox Toyota rather than go anywhere else.
